My money doubled

Absolutely one of the best customer service I have seen. They had a promotion (glitch in there system) advocating for a free 1/2 gold back. Anyone stacker knows that thats not worth much, but free stuff is the best. I applied and got an email a few hours saying it was a glitch. I completely understood and forgot about the situation. Today I just revived a free 1/2 Goldback because they honored the glitch?!? If I could give 10 stars I would!

UPMA is a great place to store your funds if you're worried about inflation destroying your purchasing power. I did exactly that w/a recent Roth IRA transfer from my old employer retirement plan. Pam (and others) were helpful at guiding me through the process. Now I can feel peace of mind knowing I'm protected from the decline of the dollar.
