I found it quick and easy to get a quote. Their prices are very good. I requested a hard copy of my documents which they posted to me very promptly. Excellent service.

Prices are increasing a lot and I may have to look around at other travel insurers in future to ensure I get the best value for money.

I have used Alpha a number of times and is very easy to sort insurance at very competitive prices.
I had to make a claim in 2017 and was very easy to sort out and was UK adviser based
My only concern is I have been told that when you now want to speak to them or make a claim it is all overseas advisers now not UK based?…I cannot confirm this
