Knew what they were talking about!

The person who dealt with my application for travel insurance actually had a medical understanding of my pre-existing conditions unlike the other so-called expert companies I had tried. As a result I got my annual insurance and am looking forward to many happy holidays - thank you so much!

Tried to register to create an account

Tried to register to create an account. Message given, 'there was an error registering your details, please try again' Message continued until I gave up. No idea what the problem is. Hope there are no issues when I go on holiday!

Why change????

Has become the families goto for travel insurance. The test of all insurance companies was during COVID. When most stepped back Alpha stepped up and gave good service and advice... Priceless
