So far so bad ordered my ebike on the 26th of June, I haven't been sent no tracking number and been told they have already sent it out to bjs delivery service, which then I called them and they haven't got any of my details on there system so where is my ebike. This is terrible and I've never had a bad experience with deliveries and retailers. Now I'm thinking it's all a con and a scam. My latest time of waiting will be the 7th working day which will be 7th July. If I don't receive or get notified by this date then I will go to my bank to get this refunded as calling them up all you get is bad reception on there end.

I placed an order with Alphascootz on June 23rd. A few days later, I reached out to their support because I still hadn’t received any tracking number. They told me there were no shipping updates yet, so I waited.

Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails and also contacted them through the support form on their website, but I haven’t received any response at all. As of today, I still haven’t received my order, no tracking number, and no update.

I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and service. I can’t recommend this company based on my experience so far.

The stated delivery time was 3 to 7 days that time frame has already passed, and I still haven’t received a tracking number or my E-Scooter.

Customer service is top notch. Bought an electric bike that was delivered next day. They didn't include the promised scooter bag and they sent it next time with the tire and tube I purchased. Fast delivery again. I'd recommend them

I wish they keep in contact with there customer offer especially when there is a delay and tracking number should be sent to customer’s email as soon as the order is picked up and shipped. I did not receive my tracking number until I receive my scooter.

Purchased a bike that was in stock or indicated as being in stock took payment only to receive a call to say they haven’t got it in stock …..so why take my money(no goods to sell you shouldn’t be advertising them)
No email received to confirm order cancellation…..told 3-5 days for refund yet you take the consumers money immediately…..

This is my first review ever I felt the need to let others know about this company…..

Allowing the purchase of goods that do not have in stock taking the money then calling the next day offering an alternative….the alternative was a different colour…not the colour I wanted….their system should not allow the purchase to process if it’s not stocked…..now 3-5 working days to get money back….not a company il be dealing with again.
Be careful people somethings a miss with this lot.

Disgusting scam like company! I’ve ordered my bike 9 of June and now it’s 25th of June and I still DONT HAVE MY BIKE !!!!!Service are super disrespectful and disgusting first they send me a parcel and indicated wrong adress than my parcel being returned back and they convinced me not to raise dispute transaction in my bank I said ok and mentioned clear and transparent that if you won’t send me bike next day I’ll cancel my order and asking about refund and than I received super unprofessional response something like if you’ll asking about your parcel again in this manner (which is ok when you expect your bike after 3-7 days maximum but in fact you don’t have it for almost 3 weeks) we won’t get back to you again !!!!WHAT A SHAME !YOURE BUYING BIKE FOR 1100€ AND TOU NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO ASK ABOUT IT!!!than in Friday 20th assistant assured me that my bike was collected by delivery company and I’ll get tracking number soon and ask me don’t request refund and today is 25th of June I don’t have anything and more over when I texted them to email THEY ARE IGNORED ME !!!!super disrespectful approach to customers !thanks God I did this transaction with my credit card and I am protected from this scammers BUT I AM NOT RECOMMEND NODODY to have business with this company !

I had my doubts buying from a company I hadn’t heard of before, but Alphascootz exceeded expectations. Smooth process, fast dispatch, and when I had a question about returns policy, they replied in a very human, understanding way. It felt like dealing with a small business that actually cares.

You can tell they put thought into customer experience. This is how online shopping should be—simple, supportive, and affordable. I’ll be a returning customer for sure.

Had a small problem, but support sorted it out same day.

Used cycle-to-work scheme, everything handled professionally.

This ebike was the best deal around, however the payment process was frustrating being not able to use Barclaycard and then being charged a significant sum to use PayPal. It is as though they are forcing you into one of the advertised by now pay later offers. In the end was forced to pay total amount through bank card.

Amazing experience. I had been researching electric scooters for weeks and finally settled on one from Alphascootz. Not only was it the best price online, but it also came with accessories included that other sites charged extra for.
