Discusting scammy company. I used to like them but they have changed. I bought 2 pairs of leggings one black and one light brown. When they arrived the black pair fit really bad and the fabric changed so i wanted to return that. The light brown I had a similar pair so I wanted to make an exchange. They took the black leggings and gave me a partial refund (was supposed to be full) the light brown ones instead of getting the exchange I asked for they sent the exact same pair back to me. I never wore either pair. I sent a handful of emails which none of them have been responded to. So I sent back the light brown pair (now a second time) to them requesting a refund because I no long want to buy anything from them. Today I get the same pair in the mail AGAIN for the third time. Now I am fed up and making complaints and will be filing a BBB report against them.

SCAM ALERT: I had a very frustrating experience with Alphalete Athletics. I placed an order and once it arrived, I tried on one item that was too small. Following their return policy exactly — unused, with all tags still attached — I returned the entire order within the required timeframe.

The company confirmed receipt of my return and kept all of the items. However, instead of refunding me for the full order, they only refunded about half of what I paid, with no valid explanation as to why they withheld the rest.

This is not just disappointing — it’s dishonest and feels like an unethical attempt to keep money they aren’t entitled to. I followed every step of their policy correctly, yet they failed to honor it. I’ve contacted customer service with no satisfactory resolution.

Do not trust Alphalete Athletics with returns. Based on my experience, their refund practices are unfair and misleading.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t order again. Product was decent, but not good enough so I returned. My return was received at their warehouse on 1/12 and it has taken over two weeks with no refund processed yet. I understand processing times vary, but this is much slower than comparable brands. If they want to stay competitive, refunds should be handled much more quickly once the return is received.

Waiting for my order placed on Alphaletes.de since November 3rd. Initial Shipment got pushed back due to apparently missing / wrong import documents and various attempts to receive an update via the contact form have not let to any kind of reaction. I would not recommend to buy here. Just a pity.

Company went down hill. The men’s clothes quality are now on the same level of gymshark or wal mart brand but for 4x the price. They got rid of all the high quality mens lines.

The women’s clothes are still somewhat okay but overpriced unless you want the brand logo.

And on top of everything, clothes always take at least a month to come in.

Better options out there.

The biggest joke for customers service, I sent back 2 pairs of apex pants for the wrong size, they claimed the pants I returned had an odour yet they were never even worn or even touched cuz they were the WRONG size so when I got them back I check and yes no odour at all…nothing.. asked 7 ppl to tell me ur they knew what these pants smelled like and all said “I don’t smell anything”… so I sent them back and after almost 2 weeks they say “sending it back” for the same reason, now keep in mind these are pants that were not used/worn or anything .. what a joke this company has become

After 2 weeks no order even shipped. Omg this company is horrible. Seek better clothing

Their leggings used to be my absolute STAPLE pieces (those pieces I bought when it was good still are my favorites, but they’re nearly worn out now and irreplaceable). I have been begging for them to return to their old materials/designs, quite literally! Returned almost everything I ordered in May during the new launch, thought I’d give it another try after some time away. Some items looked good, but upon receiving everything was either too small, had the strangest most unnatural looking “fit”, or had material that felt like it was going to rip within a few washes & wears. And for the money??? PLEASE.

I’ve been a loyal Alphalete customer for many years, but after my latest order, I’m done. The quality has absolutely plummeted. One pair of leggings started pilling after just three wears, and another ripped right at the seam in the butt. For a brand that charges premium prices, this is unacceptable.

To make things worse, I reached out to customer service and never heard back. Not even an automated response. And on top of all that, you expect customers to pay for returns? In 2025? When brands like Gymshark offer free, no-hassle returns and actually respond to their customers?

Alphalete has gone from a brand I used to love and recommend to a complete disappointment. You’ve lost a customer. Get it together!

I ordered 4 leggings from Alphalete UK. The total was £159.57 which converted into €194.32. I received a WhatsApp message stating I owed €90.64 customs. I assumed the message was a scam until the DHL driver rang me and explained. Therefore I paid €284.96 altogether. The custom charge was almost half of the total. I will never order from Alphalete again.

J’ai reçu une commande il ya quelques mois. Les articles sont arrivés endommagés, décousues. J’ai envoyé plusieurs courriel et aucun retour de leurs parti. Très mauvais . Ne pas acheter du alphalete!!!!

I’ve never had a good experience ordering from this company. They sent me the entire wrong order during a sale and are making me take the time to return the wrong items before fulfilling my order. They never get it right and last time I sent clothes back they accused them of having a smoke smell to get out of refunding me - I’ve never smoked in my life. Can’t wait to see them deny my return again and leave me with clothes that are 3 sizes too big and in styles I would never wear. Never ordering from them again.

This company is a scam. I purchased leggings and a top for my wife as a gift. She didn’t like what I picked so I returned them for a refund the next day. New, in the original packages, unworn, with the original tags in place. They sent me half a refund. They are thieves.

J’ai commander 2 leggings, après un mois d’attente en sachant que la livraison est dite au plus tard 15jours sur leur site.
Pour en plus payer des frais de douanes qui s’ajoute lorsque vous allez retirer votre colis. Surprise! J’ai reçue une bague à 2€, une bague de marque discount. On demande un remboursement aucune réponse. A fuir payer 90€ pour en fin de compte ce retrouver avec une bague à 2€.

zero stars!! this company single handily ruined thousands of people’s holidays by not delivering!! My Son and his girlfriend were home from the Air Force, she is from Guam. I wanted everything to be perfect, it was EXCEPT EVERYTHING I BOUGHT FOR HER NEVER ARRIVED!!!!! They are risking their lives out there and how does your company thank them and others?? by screwing them over with NO GIFTS!! No 1-800 number.. NO ANSWER TO YOUR EMAILS!!! I ordered on November 30th. They took my money on December 1st… i what a horrible HORRIBLE company!! ALL they want is your MONEY!! could care less about you once your order is placed!!! Instagram has thousands of complaints from people just like me!!! If you want to have a Crappy Christmas order from this store next year !!!!!!!’ oh and they are also being flooded with BBB complaints!!!! hope the CEO of this company reads this review!! it won’t be my last until I receive my items!!!!!!

I love the quality of their stuff!!! but customer service is questionable- they couldnt even refund me the shipping fee when I mistakenly clicked on the shipping fee instead of the free shipping since i met the minimum purchase required

I will never in my life order Alphalete again and they couldn’t even offer to give me stuff for free to get me to ever place another order. I ordered a handful of items on December 5th and paid full price for all but two things. Alphalete confirmed my order with an email that said things would be shipped within 5-7 business days. These were gifts and will now for sure not arrive before Christmas so the order has become pointless. Reached out via email as that’s the only way to contact and never got a response.

I used to really like this brand, loved their leggings and still do, but their recent shipping issues have been catastrophic. The last several years during high traffic sales (black friday, holiday shopping), they have totally failed to complete orders in a timely manner and have left many unsatisfied customers, myself being one. I was really thrilled to get my order that I placed in later November, thinking that would be enough time for Christmas delivery but to no avail. It took almost three times as long as originally stated to get any update about the order being fulfilled or shipping and finally I had to cancel. Still have not received my refund, though they stated they have issued it I just have to wait a few days to see the credit. Hoping this is not also an issue. They also continue to offer insane sales and posts on social media about new products while leaving what seems like hundreds of customers hanging without fulfilled orders. Good quality clothing, but very poor running of the business.
