Almost tripped over my own feet while trying to "help" carry a small box. One of the movers from Aloha Moving just put his hand out to steady me. Didn't say anything. Just kept walking. Embarrassing but kind.
Second floor apartment. No elevator. Aloha Moving brought their own knee pads. One guy wore them the whole time. Said "learned that lesson ten years ago". Smart. My knees hurt just watching.
Only needed help with the heavy stuff. The rest i wanted to do myself. Aloha Moving was fine with that. Didn't push the full service. Didn't make me feel cheap. Just did what i asked and left. Perfect!

Trash collection day. The area in front of my building had bins everywhere and the truck could barely get close. The movers in Johns Creek figures out a system where they carried things further than usual to reach it. More work for them, same price for me.
