Awesome customer service and quality products at great prices A+++

This order came very quickly and the quality of the baskets was outstanding.

Was really quick delivery. Was happy with the price of shipping. I will be doing a bigger order if you are in stock again. Thanks from a very happy customer.

I was able to cancel my order when I realized I had ordered the wrong thing with no hassle. I then reordered and was happy with the quality of the product.

Fair price, great selection, easy ordering, quick delivery - everything like clockwork. Would certainly order again!

Great Service - Will definitely use them again. Fast and accurate delivery as well.

Thanks Almac

My product came very quickly and was well packed. Quality was great and looked exactly like the pictures on their website.
Very pleased.

Overall my experience was good. I had ordered a certain quantity of the market baskets because the website said that they had that many in stock but I received a call from customer service the next day saying that they did not have that many in stock and asked if I wanted a different pattern. I told them that I would have liked some of their other patterns but the sizing wasn't right. The customer service representative told me that all of their large market trays were the same size; however, on their website there are two sizes listed - some with 4.5" height and others with 3.5" height. This was a little confusing as if I had known they were all 4.5" in height I would have ordered different patterns. The customer service rep said that she would talk to their IT department about updating the website but I still see the different measurements. That being said, I would order from them again as their customer service was good (after the fact) and items arrived promptly.

Great products

great service and price

As a first customer to Almac in Pointe-Claire, I was welcomed by Eva in the most professional manner! she understood I was new at this and took the time to advise me. Michelle stepped in a few times to help with incoming customers and even participated in helping me out. Both of them are very very customer oriented and enjoy what they do, no question!

great products

Items order were priced well, were packed well, and came on time. I even got a personal email with questions about shipping.

I ordered several different items and all arrived as described. The bamboo bowls were typical and I probably could have purchased them at the dollar store, but these were conveniently delivered to my home and saved me time. I measured the plastic bags according to their recommendations, and they were perfect for the bowls. The metallic curling ribbon was a perfect finish to the gift package I assembled.

I would definitely recommend Almac Imports to anyone. Customer service was amazing and my delivery came very fast.
Will definitely buy more product from them in the future.

Got here very fast and the quality is 100%

The particular baskets we ordered were shipped and received within a short period without an issue. These baskets were of a good quality. Very Happy.
