I never got my order! Received notice your did not have my correct address. I responded to the email and replies with my correct address.

Your order did not contain the numeric part of the address so it could not be shipped. We sent you two emails requesting the information, one on Sept. 27 and another one on Oct 23. Although you state that you responded, we have never received any email from you. We checked all of our email files including spam/junk folders and do not see anything from you. Please, call our office at 877-425-5838 and provide the address information and we will be happy to ship the order out.

This company needs to utilize more…
This company needs to utilize more technology in their customer interactions. I wasn’t happy with the way they handled my return. They said they canceled my order but did not send a confirmation when I requested it. I had to call my credit card provider to dispute the transaction before being refunded. They also asked me to send a copy of my ID because my shipping address was different than my billing address. They should know by now that people use multiple addresses. in my case, my credit card address goes to my office and my delivery address goes to my home. I would think by now companies know that billing addresses and delivery addresses are frequently different. Their site indicates that when they have a mismatch, you have to send a copy of your photo ID to reduce fraud. But sending your ID to a Company is increasing the risk of fraud. This company is not as reputable like Amazon, so sending a photo ID on a customer representative’s email is high risk. They didn’t offer an option to upload my ID anywhere. I can’t say anything else about the company other than I don’t plan to order from them again.

While we understand your frustration, we request this information when both the address and phone number entered do not match in the database search. We get several fraudulent orders weekly and they are caught because we perform these security measures. This is the only way we can stop fraud. We do understand that lots of people ship to different addresses and we process most of these without any issues but when nothing matches in our searches, we request this information. This protects us as well as our customers. As for Amazon, they dont really care since most of the time it is the sellers on their platform that actually lose when there is fraud. Our policies are stated on our website and we do communicate with customers when there is an issue. The customer always has the right to cancel if they do not wish to provide the requested information or can use another payment method such as Paypal.

Great prices. I was shocked that my stuff didn’t get sent out for almost a week though. Other suppliers offer free overnight shipping.

This order should have shipped on 10-2 according to our shipping and process time scheduel. However, due to a stock issue, it was delayed an extra 2 days. While we try and ship as soon as possible, sometimes there are delays. We would love to offer free Next day shipping but if we did, we could not offer the low prices that we do.

Liniment
First the liniment arrived quickly and I'm pleased that the medicinal smell does not last. I'm using it on my arthritis to see if it will help. I am walking a bit better on my left side.

Terrible
Terrible ! They never deliver my products and when i went to question about them , they say that they need a proof of Id that they never ask me .
And i went for 5 days in USA from Brazil , and I needed that suplement very much and can’t find here .

This customer was paying with an international card and shipping to a US address. We needed proof of identity and requested it several times via email. We never received a response so the order was cancelled and funds hold released. In order to protect our customers and ourselves from fraud, we have to follow our security procedures.

Product was discontinued and replacement was ordered but was delayed. Customer was informed and decided to cancel. Funds were returned and order was cancelled.

The amount of plastic packing materials that the tiny product came in was outrageous. Two large bubble wrap bags, plus the container of the product (also plastic, not breakable glass) was wrapped in bubble wrap and was taped so tightly that it took me almost 5 minutes to cut it apart. Unlike other companies, there was no way to comment when placing the order to ask that it be sent with paper packing materials.

We package items so that they are not damaged in transit. Although container is plastic, it can break if box/bag is not handled correctly by carrier. Paper packaging is ok but bubble wrap is a better protector. Our commitment to the customer is to offer quality products at affordable prices and get their order safely to them as quickly as possible.
