Not only that, you actually talk to someone in US for all the service needs. I had to replace my shirt due to shipping damage and the communication was clear and had the shirt delivered in two days.

I purchased the heaviest weight zipper hooded sweatshirt for camber,I called it defective,the cuffs on the sleeves are 4in long(why?)and the waffle insulation material is excluded it’s the outer shell that is doubled up inside and out .like they ran out of the real deal.they said it was the way it’s made lmao(no)so said it’s a normal return w 20percent restock and 10 bucks out of my pocket shipping.another American brand I have to give up on .no wonder other countries win and we lose.I do apologize to the camber textile workers because it’s upper management that makes goofy changes.but I say no !!!!

I ordered several Camber items a few months ago. One of the items was on back order from Camber. All USA Clothing sent me the items they had and over the following months sent me several updates on the back order, offering me alternatives that were in stock. They always made sure I was informed on the status and their service could not have been better. I highly recommend All USA Clothing.

Super happy with our purchase from All USA Clothing! We ordered some Camber hoodies for our company and when they arrived we saw that the color wasn't matching to our brand's look. 1/16 24 1. Downgraded them for erroneous website listing men's baseball caps " sleeve length-short " as noted previously in this review and in a product Review I submitted directly to the company. 2. Beware of Michael, owner, he has mishandled information three times. On 10/5 he did not understand the picture of a color in an email. 4/27 he misinterpreted an email. And, earlier in April he provided incorrect color information. ( Some businesses have a three strikes and your out policy. )
Note, Stepnany Customer " Service "did not respond to the forwarded 10/5 email.
Their website also describes 2 men's hats with " sleeve length-short ". In April I notified them of another website error.

I ordered a number of things (t-shirts, hoodie, several fleece zip-up vests) and they all came very quickly. There was a small problem with part of the order, but customer service took care of it in a very understanding and generous way.
The products are great- the natural tshirt is awesome, 100% American cotton and no side seams. Nice to find US made ringer tees. Haven't seen those around before.
Pullover batch dyed cotton hoodie is great too. Just the right weight. I have hoodies from US makers American Giant, Gustin and Flint and Tinder and put this one right up there with them. Especially for value and quality.

The Camber T-shirt that I bought from this company is beautifully made. The fabric isn’t like a regular T-shirt. It’s heavyweight and just very nice ! I highly recommend shopping here. Also, I should add that the customer service department is fast and efficient and very courteous.

I was greeted over the phone by a young woman that had only been employed there about 3 months.
I described what I was looking for
(a light wind shirt to wear under
a black down vest while skiing).

She directed me to the page,
and it gave me about 8 choices.
I saw exactly what I was looking for
and chose the white in color wind shirt.

She emailed me within the hour ,
said that white was no longer an option,
would I like to pick another color ?
I looked at Amazon before calling her back
to see if I could find the same shirt.
I was close but not exactly.
I called back
(different person answered)
and said, " no thanks".

She asked me if I could wait just a minute ,
so that she could speak with the owner.
She came back and gave me two other options of the color stone, and the owner sent me an
email with his phone number!
So, I called him, because that hasn't happened to me in decades!
Sure enough, he answered had both items side by side, gave me a great description
and my purchase order was back in bed.

As a 74-year-old male,
I know we can be a little fussy
at times.

But this is the way I wish all my transactions
were treated with a real personal touch.

The employees were trained well.

They made you feel like your business
was important to both you and them.

I got off the phone feeling really good
about dealing with an informed employees (3)
on a great quality American product.

Michael and Stephanie were both great, went out of the way to make my order happen. Thanks again, customer service means the world to me

Worst customer service EVER!! She was rude, dismissive and would not let me speak at all. I was told they have no idea when my order would ship. The next day my order was cancelled because they KNEW it wouldnt ship by Friday. Lol I did NOT ask for them to cancel my order. The bottom line is the customer is LAST. STAY AWAY Response to their reply: it was Stephanie who wouldnt let me speak at all. It was up to ME to decide if I wanted to cancel my order and not wait. Not up to them! During the initial chat Stephanie could have said "if your order doesmt ship soon please call us and we will refund you directly. " That was never offered. They openly admitted to having no idea when it will ship. But all of a sudden they knew it wouldnt be soon enough for me. At no point did they offer an apology for cancellimg my order without my request. At no point did they offer to refund directly if i wanted. At no point did they let me speak. I have worked customer service and that is not it. When i wanted an eta they couldnt provide one. When they wanted one, they got it. Then didnt tell me and offer a refund. They cancelled it on their own. Again no apology. No asking the customer. I asked the same question over and over for clarity and the respomse was like a robot. 3 to 5 days. Is that from today or order date? 3 to 5 days. So friday? 3 to 5 days. So by next tuesday? 3 to 5 days. Once i realized their customer service was a joke i knew not to go through them for a refund if i chose. Btw i ordered the same pants from Amazon and will arrive tomorrow. There is a reason you are a small business. Lol. You asked if wanted to cancel. I said no. I said i wanted to wait til friday. The end. You cancelled anyway. Again. Horrible customer service. Stay small.

I've had consistently terrific experiences with AllUSA. I love their Camber shirts, and must have about a million of them. Well built, long-lasting. Every so often, there is a problem with a shirt -- it happens at all sellers -- and AllUSA has always bent over backwards to make it right. I have purchased for years, and will continue for years.

Incredible reactive customer service . Better than LL Bean level . I’m impressed

poor customer service... be aware if you want to return the product or have any other problems, they will not solve it... opportunistic approach... I will never buy anything else from them.
