I like the alerts and how your credit is tracked but one thing on the derogatory i accounts its hard to figure out who has made these allegations. I think that portion could be more transparent

These "reports" tell you nothing
These "reports" tell you nothing. Big waste.
Also, I've been trying to cancel this (recurring payment) coverage as I am no longer with Allstate. I have made at least 6 attempts to have it canceled, and NOT ONE person knew how to do it. Promises to get back to me have never materialized.
Note: I cannot detail the dates on ALL of my attempts.
PLEASE CANCEL THIS!!

You have robo blocker on my phone. I tried to remove it. Requested it moved. It still there and blocking to many important calls. About to drop service all together to get this removed. What a pain. Had other services which seamed much easier to use and seemed to do more.

We don't just have ordinary thieves, we have Bank of America bribing judges to rip off senior citizens, we have no law enforcement, crooked lawyers and just about any stranger you might give a little trust to ripping us off.

You helped me contact a credit card company to remove fake accounts in my name. you was able to get the credit card company to mark the activity as fraudulent, and it will be removed from my credit score. i use almost all of the things you offer. i haven't been getting as much junk mail and things like that.

Critical Response Time to Catching Fraud
I am relieved that we caught a fraudulent credit card, that was opened up in my name, within 2 days of the account being opened. Allstate called Capital One with me on the line, to assist me in filing the fraud report. The rep then sent me helpful follow up information on what steps to take next. This service is worth EVERY penny, and I'm so glad that I have it. I wouldn't have known about this otherwise, until damage had been done to my identity.

I am not sure why, but I am getting so much spam in my inbox and also spam folder after I connected my personal email to Allstate Identity Protection. The date I added is approx. It started from day one that I signed up.

I noticed an email I'm simply just a subscriber of Allstate and the fear doesn't have as far as selling my own policy I've been requesting assistance with a rental claim for several weeks and I'm having a lot of trouble at least my help but I'm supposed to learn all the about all this other stuff too and I'm not sure if I'm going to payroll or not can somebody check let me know if I'm going to payroll cuz I know this stuff shouldn't bother me for some reason it's about a man I'm just sick of death about it and I'm about ready to stop in the second to be done with it have a nice so I give you a call appreciate it
