My appointment was several weeks after I called. I can understand that you are busy but it is scary waiting weeks before talking to a representative.

When dealing with the unthinkable nightmare of fraudulent activity happening, Bina with Allstate Identity Protection really helped put me at ease and take control of this situation! Could not recommend the service anymore!! Thank you for a job well done Bina!!!

Akif was great in handling my case. He was able to resolve my issue quickly. He was very professional throughout the entire process and showed a lot of patience when we kept getting disconnected with the bank/credit representative. Take good care of this employee; he will move mountains to get the customer taken care of. That type of service and character is rare now these days.

I have been satisfied with Allstate Identity Protection and my interactions with the company since being a member. I set up to receive alerts of credit activity and they are provided very quickly in the event of any activity. I recently had my identity compromised and quickly called in to start a case. All associates were very helpful and had a sense of urgency. My restoration specialist, Ana Bustos, quickly took action and was empathetic to my situation. I appreciate being able to reach an agent quickly and easily each time I call.

The representative was very helpful. I was walked through all of the steps. We called the bank where my data was used together, and had a much better result that when I called on my own.

I have found the service not terribly helpful to use. I'll get a message saying that some activity has been detected and I will log on to the app and I will get a list of all the sites it has been monitoring, but in alphabetical order with absolutely nothing to indicate what particular site has the activity that they were alerting me to.
Also recently I changed email providers, and found that their service only works with Google, Yahoo, AOL or Microsoft. If you have another email provider besides those four, like I do now, you can't link your email to it. I got this service as a perk through my job, but because of the above things I probably won't be renewing it for next year.

i had two extremely attentive agents--savannah kakar and i think the first woman's name was ally--who were instrumental in helping me find a solution. give them raises please!

I was very impressed with Cynthia, she is professional and courteous. She understands how difficult this is.
Which made me feel much better when she explained that it can be resolved with time.

Genuine concern about my protection

Very underwhelming. Got it as part of a corporate perk, not sure it's worth even the extra taxes I have to pay for it!

Took ages to try and register all the accounts (not sure I managed to do that after eight months), and then you have to wade through your entire internet history to understand what's important. It sends me lots of cryptic texts, and then when you log in, it takes forever to figure out what's different. Once I freaked out that my banking details have changed, but after logging into my account, couldn't see a single change (nor did I get an alert from the bank as would have normally happened).

Terrible UX, so ultimately I ended up ignoring everything. Fingers crossed nothing happened in the meantime!

Agent was very nice and professional. I received a quick response and advice on what to do. A followup call to ensure I was able to place the credit freeze with all the credit reporting agencies.

Kelli Starks was an absolutely amazing restoration specialist and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. She was very responsive, did a great job on calls, and most importantly made this awful experience a pleasant one. She was great and I would recommend her to anyone who has their identity stolen and needs someone to help restore their credit. Kelli was AMAZING

Had a recent problem with someone trying to open a bank account with my information. I contacted Allstate Identity. They assigned an investigator who walked me through the steps to stop things from going forward. The investigator was there every step of the way to resolution. Couldn't be happier with the support provided. Highly recommend.

They were so helpful and compassionate during a very frustrating time. They helped me make 3-way calls to cancel fraudulent cards and it meant a lot to have them with me. They gave me a list of things to do to protect myself as well as follow up to assure I am ok. I’m very grateful to Allstate! The scammers didn’t get a thing from me.

that is true i been receiving a lot message about the toll missing payment but i always disregard that . this tip was very helpfull
