My hair came in literally 3 days ! I got the 34in lace front that was pre plucked and bleached ! Amazing I colored it and it was very minimal shedding !! Also no smell . Definitely ordering again!

What is the contact for customer care? Apparently the email I’m using is not helpful and only give me the run around!

I was told to contact customer care because the wig i ordered was bad quality. I sent video of how much it shed . I was promised either a refund or replacement and I went back and forth for over 2 weeks and I still have nothing instead of just sending me what I ordered they offered to send me a shorter length which i declined because I was promised a replacement of what I paid almost $600 for.I won’t be ordering again . Bad customer service and lies to customers instead of fixing their problem!

The bundles are veryyyy thick, no shedding! It gives 2016 full quick weave look. I was scared they were going to be thin but GIRL! GET YOURSELF 4 BUNDLES!

I am totally unsatisfied with my experience with Alllove hair. This was my first time ordering hair from their company and it wasn’t a good experience. I ordered a 22 inch lace closure wig and I got the wrong length. When I sent emails and they responded telling me to use their measurements rule with pictures I did so and the wig was way shorter than 22 inch. From someone who is not a beginner when it comes to wig I wasn’t happy that they were emailing and texting me, but there was no solution. They did not refund me my total payment neither give me half of the refund for my disappointment. In addition, they tried to tell me that it was the correct length. I shouldn’t have to stretch an obvious hair with the wrong length to find its measurements. I sent a lot of pictures to show them with me using their measurements, but they did not do anything. Please be careful when ordering from this company. They don’t honor or value their customers. This was my first and last time ever supporting this business.

I can honestly say they really have some great hair as of today I have bought four wigs from Allove and I have not been disappointed. I would truly recommend them to anybody and reassure them that they will be getting good quality hair.
