I was excited about my order but once I got order confirmation I realized the shipping address somehow was wrong. So I IMMEDIATELY notified them through their customer service email. Additionally I set up an account that had my correct address. This was all done within an hour or so of ordering . I did NOT get a response until 2-3 days later & it said we are sorry but it was already In shipping . So first thing / customer service is very
Slow to respond. Then at the end of the day after requests for replacement or credit. They did NOTHING. SO I’m out $ 53.98 and no remorse or any offer of help from this company. Very poor display if customer care/service

Add since Response below …. I was surprised that you responded to this review but it has now been 2 weeks since I responded to the email address provided stating that you guys would make it right. I submitted multiple emails and No response from Alloura at all. Poor service. If I could edit to zero stars I would at this point.

So far have used this product 4 times and nothing was said by my boyfriend or when I were it out nobody noticed anything! Also the scent leaves right away doesn’t stay on long I give it a thumbs down!!

Do not purchase from this company. There are other companies that sell same kind of products that will actually deliver the product to you. Mine was sent to an incorrect address and they wouldn’t do anything to make the mistake right.

THIS STUFF ACTUALLY WORKS!! I was a bit skeptical of the whole pheromone thing but I wanted to try it out for myself so I put it on when I went out for drinks with a couple of my girl friends.. they said I smelt so good and I ended up getting a guys number!!

Absolute trash company. First bottle was missing some, they gave 10 bucks off towards a second bottle and that came in half empty. After that they haven't responded to any emails. They don't post the bad reviews people leave on their website.
