Cheap NOT what was expected

Cheap, not at all what the website products look like. They keep saying they are an Australian company that uses shipping partners. I guess China is the one that most Americans see and it is very sad if they don't really know that the products being shipped are Horribly cheap and not what people expect and certainly not worth the cost they are charging! Very sad

Save yourself money...

This web site masquerades as an Australian business, but their "fulfillment centre" is in China. They're nothing but a misleading drop shipper.

Reverse search image anything you might consider buying from this web site before you make a purchase. You will save yourself a LOT of money just getting whatever it is from Temu or Amazon yourself.

This is a business to avoid.

AVOID; misleading consumer rights and don’t respect their customers

I requested to cancel my order after reading many reviews stating the jewellery was not fitting a lot of customers - too small.
My order was cancelled prior to it being shipped and only 85% of it was refunded.

After reading more about their terms and conditions (on their website), I was very disappointed to see that not only were a lot of the details not available where I purchased the product from (Facebook shop) but a lot of the details were very misleading too. 30 day guaranteed refunds etc.

I didn’t want to take the chance due to these small businesses being very misleading with wording regarding our consumer rights so I requested to cancel my order only to find out they’re withholding 15% of the refund anyway.

The customer service representation was nice to begin with but once I started making some valid points I was told: ‘this is why we protect ourselves from customers like you’. Pretty awful way to speak to a customer.

I’m taking this further with Fair Trading, but would not recommend the hassle with this company.

Your order was placed late on 24 December and cancelled on 26 December. At that time, our policy allowed cancellations within 30 minutes of placing an order, or before the order had been processed or shipped. Although this request came after that timeframe, we made an exception due to the Christmas period and processed the cancellation with the standard 15% processing fee stated in our policy.

Our 30-day returns policy applies to items that have already been received — it’s separate from the pre-shipment cancellation terms. We’re sorry this caused frustration, but our team followed the policy in place at the time and ensured the refund was processed promptly.

We also take great care to ensure all product information, sizing, and policies are clearly displayed on both our website and Facebook shop. Since early 2025, our policies have been updated further to make everything even clearer and to ensure consistency across all orders.

We always strive to communicate transparently and offer meaningful jewellery and caring service to all of our customers.
