All My Sons Moving & Storage Recenzje 

BEWARE! CHOOSE A DIFFERENT MOVING COMPANY!! Disappointing experience! Unfortunately, I will not be using All My Sons again after the experience I had yesterday. I had previously used them last year and had such a good experience with the movers I decided to use them again - what a mistake!

Not sure what has changed within the company or if I just got lucky last year but they were very slow moving my things and seemed to be deliberately taking their time as one mover said to me "this is our only job today." They nickel and dime for everything including charging me a junk removal fee of $50 after I asked if they could throw a lawn chair in the trash bin that was 5 feet from the truck (if I knew that would cost $50 I would have thrown it in the trash bin myself!) On top of that the move took significantly longer even though I had 3 guys instead of 2 (which they suggested) but somehow it took 3 1/2 hours longer to move my one bedroom apartment than it did last year - I ended up paying almost $2,000 to move my one bedroom apartment - that is absurd when last year I paid $567 for a two hour move with only two movers! To add to the ridiculous pricing, after they left without double checking their work, I found a shelf for my TV stand drawer hidden behind it and was unable to put it back because they misplaced the screws. It took over a half hour for someone to call me back and was then told to go to Home Depot to get the screws and they would pay me for them. It was the principal of hiding the mistake from the customer (like I wouldn't notice) and now added inconvenience of having to find the screws at a store on top of the fact that I paid a significant amount of money for low quality service. I value good customer service and appreciate the hard work movers do, (especially the mover Kenny who seemed to be really trying but he can't be the only one working hard with a three man crew). I even bought donuts from Neil's before they arrived and gave them a tip. But I can't honor sloppy service, taking advantage of customers and overcharging especially when everything was wrapped and boxed before they got to my apartment.

After looking around they also never put my mirror back in my lingerie chest, they half assembled my bed but left several parts out or unscrewed, they broke my dresser handle and once again someone hid it under the rug and I just noticed when vacuuming, and left the mattress bags on the mattress so now I have to take the mattress and box spring back off the bed to take the mattress covers off. I ended up sleeping on the couch because I was too tired to do that. Also I was charged for the boxes they insisted on using to cover my two TV's (I guess bubble/plastic wrap and moving blankets that I put on them before they arrived was not enough) yet they stole the bag of unopened moving boxes that I had not used after offering to put it on the truck -when I looked through my things the boxes are nowhere to be found. For almost $2,000 this is a joke! The quality of service doesn't match the price tag and I will not be using All My Sons again!

UPDATE: I reached out to them several times and they have not responded to my complaints (as other reviews have also stated). I was told that I would be sent a form to fill out for damages and it was never sent. I am escalating my concerns through other channels. It is clear that they either have so many complaints they can't handle the volume or they could care less about customer service which matches my experience with using them to move. Horrible company!

I don’t remember their names but they were extra careful with everything! They were all so polite and courteous! We had so much stuff and they worked hard and never complained. If I could give them each 10 stars I would. We had 3 guys and they unloaded a packed full 10x20 storage unit in less than 2 hours, mostly boxes. I am so grateful for the help!!

Crew was timely and diligent with the move. Not sure how they moved my credenza fully loaded but they did.

Their rates and other hidden fees are ridiculously high!!! I feel like I was overcharged. I would like to add that Jenny from All My Sons moving company did get in touch with me to resolve the issue. I would like to say thank you, very much appreciated.

They gave me quick estimates and my moving day was in two days in weekend, they managed it fast . I totally recommend Allmysons moving services .

The 2 short men that helped us move were so very kind & friendly. Also very efficient & fast-moving! Showed up on time & were very careful when moving and packing our items. Highly recommend this company and definitely request the 2 short guys!

The guys showed up earlier than expected. They all introduced themselves and shook my hand. They quickly loaded up my belongings and even made an extra pit stop for me. Then, without complaint, took all my heavy items up stairs. There was no damage to any property. No mess left behind. It was great!

They were incredible to deal with from the moment they called me with a quote to finishing the move. The guys that moved my furniture were extremely friendly and made the day go incredibly smooth. Moving is stressful but All My Sons made the day go fast and without any issues.

Had a great experience with AMS - Willie and Brandon were great. They arrived on time, were very efficient, courteous and professional! Would definitely use them again!

If I could give them a 0, I would. I hired them recently, and it was the worst moving experience I could ever have. They ruined my brand-new furniture. On top of that, the crew was highly unprofessional. I walked into my kitchen to find one of the crew members with his dirty sneaker sitting ON TOP of my brand-new kitchen island. After I physically removed the shoe, he responded with, “Thanks.” Do not hire these people if you care about your furniture. They will ruin it with no regard.

My first experience with a moving service and it was excellent! The movers were very professional but friendly, and handled everything with great care. I highly recommend them!

Steph and their crew were great. Quick and efficient, and handled all of my things with care. The company is just really expensive and I honestly regret not using a cheaper company lol.

From the reservation of my move to the last piece of furniture off the truck was seamless. The crew was focused and took care with all our belongings. They worked very hard, had positive attitudes and really came through for me and my daughter.
No regrets, solid company and team.

Great experience! Communication leading up to our move day was excellent! Team showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently on our very large move. They were eager to help and did everything with a smile on their face. Would highly recommend and will use again should the need ever arise.

Great company to work with. The guys were very professional and polite. Everything was great from the booking to the move. We had no issues with anything. Everything was more than expected. I would definitely use them again.

What I loved most was the fast response and reliability and easygoing staff they were on time no complaints when having to lift a huge item. Up a lot of stairs I will hire them again thank you guys much appreciated
