We found the home we ended up purchasing from Allison Homes in Thorney at the Abbey Park Development. From beginning to end we have been very satisfied with the whole process. Allison homes were friendly and incredibly helpful throughout. The house is fantastic, our absolute dream home! All the small details and layout of the house has been clearly thought through. The after care has been second to none, our aftercare agent Paula has been wonderful. She has answered all questions and been available for support at any time of asking. Even small things like the welcome gift and visit from the site manager after we moved in have made us feel at home very quickly. We have no intention of ever moving again but if we ever did we would be exploring Allison homes without hesitation.

We moved into our new home last week, Paula and Michael in particular have been extremely helpful from the minute we met them. Paula has been in contact frequently making sure everything is okay, she delivered a helpful and thoughtful house demo along with going above and beyond when supporting with any requests I have had in the last week. She has responded to my queries very quickly and has always called me to ensure things have been resolved thoroughly which has taken the stress off moving home with two young children. From the minute we moved in Michael has been on hand to answer any questions and solve any minor issues quickly and efficiently. He has also taken the time to come to the house in person a few times to ensure everything is okay and offered great customer service when doing so. Overall they have both supported us with a smooth and calm move in process and we are very impressed.

My husband and I had a great experience visiting Sophie at their Thorney Park estate. She was friendly, helpful and had answers to all our questions. It was a pleasure reserving our house with her and we can’t wait to complete and move in. Sophie is keeping in contact along the way and on hand whenever I have questions. Go see her at the new Whittlesey site and get that beautiful Allison Homes house of yours reserved!

Sophie at Abbey Park was without a shadow of doubt the most helpful and engaged we have found during the search for our next home. She went out of her way to answer any queries and was always, always contactable via phone or WhatsApp. A true professional and fun to be around. My husband and I both highly rate Sophie’s professional, knowledge and insights. Allison Homes are lucky to have her!!

Angie was amazing from start to finish, we can’t thank her enough for all the support she gave us, from first seeing the property to moving in day! She was always at the end of the phone and reassured us through the stressful bits of the purchase, she went above and beyond and we could not of done it without her, thank you Angie!
Once moved in, Paula has been so lovely and friendly and although we still have outstanding snags, I have full trust in Paula that she will sort these, she is always at the end of the phone and very friendly. All the other Allison staff members that we have met throughout our journey have been extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend Allison homes.

We purchased our house on Abbey Park, Thorney completing on 27 June via Allison homes part exchange scheme. We initially visited the site in July 24 but decided not to proceed at the time, but revisited June 25 where we met Angie in the sales office. She was warm, welcoming, not pushy, and happy for us to have a look around the show home and plot (45) we were interested in. We mentioned the prior part exchange deal discussed and our broad expectations which were noted. Angie picked this up with HO who agreed a revised and fair deal and we reserved. Leading up to exchange Angie was very accommodating of us to visit the house on several occasions, meet alarm installers and other service providers without issue. We were unable to select preferred fittings due to build stage but Angie did everything she could to accommodate certain things like a floor colour change which was greatly appreciated. As usual we had issues with solicitors and Angie went out of her way at a late stage to ensure we completed on the agreed date with us visiting the Allison HO to produce docs the solicitors had sent with little time for us to complete. In addition, Angie satisfied us on certain points we had agreed which required confirmation against the restrictive covenant ( large summer house). The welcome pack we received was a lovely touch too. If you have the pleasure of dealing with Angie at Allison homes you will be in good hands. However, she is professional and firm, so don’t expect to walk in and push her about…. 😁 since moving in we have dealt with Paula to work through some minor snagging issues having met her for our home demo and she is on the ball to get some of the minor things completed quickly, although some larger issues mean she is at the mercy of contractors - patience may be required but I am confident Paula will resolve in due course. She has periodically called us up to check progress and has received honest feedback well. One or two things raised have been pushed back but we have picked our battles… we have also engaged with Matas (site manager) on occasion and he has been helpful and accommodating. We are extremely happy in our new home, the site is well laid out, we have great new neighbours and it is peaceful. As with all new builds the developers are reliant on the contractors they employ. Clearly one or two individuals have let their employers down, which could reflect on Allison Homes, but we judge by how remedial works are received and acted upon and to date we are happy campers.

Whilst choosing a home with many questions we can't thank Angie enough for the time and understanding and explaining over various visits.Nothing too much trouble.Whilst a change in our circumstances means we can't choose Abbey Park, we feel the service provided was excellent.

Whilst there have been multiple issues with my house … I did want to say thank you to Craig & Chris for there quality of workmanship & professionalism… if only ALL of the trade’s people used by Allison homes were as good

Angie and mark at Abbey Park are exceptional our experience with them both was superb. We walked in the office had coffee and biscuits with them both, Mark kindly explained all the technical stuff to us so we could understand lovely guy. I have to give Angie a massive shout out she not only our sales advisor for Abbey park but she has become a friend feel so comfortable she has a great aura about her. Can't wait to see you both again and Mark I'll bring the biscuits 😄

Tracey & Maria at Abbey Park Thorney, helped us from start to finish. The first day we visited with no clue where to start, not knowing if we could afford the house- we'd just had enough of the process.. fast forward a few weeks/months, Tracey & Maria have helped us every step of the way to achieve our dream home. From organising the initial mortgage appointment, organising solicitors etc to now, moving in 4 weeks time to our dream future home- we couldn't be happier. They have been incredibly supportive & welcoming to us and our families. They've never once grumbled at any questions or queries & have always gone above and beyond. For this, we are extremely grateful & credit to Allison Homes.

After care is always excellent. Tareena does a great job of making sure any requests are met and they even do adhoc things like make sure the area is tidy while they are still building. A friendly and personable business that had great standards

I had an exceptional experience purchasing my new home, thanks to the dedicated team at Abbey Park. This was my second time choosing this Organisation. Both experiences have been nothing short of fantastic.

I initially bought a property with them in 2021 on phase one of the development and then decided to part exchange in 2024 to move into phase 2 of the development. Tracy, Maria, and the entire team were incredibly supportive throughout the process, consistently liaising with external parties, especially when it seemed my partner’s property sale might fall through.

Now that we’re settled in, both my partner and I are thrilled with our new home. The finishings are pristine, and the craftsmanship truly stands out compared to most new builds on the market today.
