Check customer service was unhelpful. Wouldn’t answer yes or no questions. They referred to simple questions as medical questions. “do you sell…” questions were deemed medical questions.

Customer Service is GREAT

Our small packaging company needed a new Time Clock and I wasn't sure which one to order. I reached out to someone in Customer Service and started emailing a rep. She helped me to understand what I needed and what would work best for us. I ordered the Time clock that she suggested and it is great. We received the Time clock and did not install it for over a month. When we started using it I had questions and she had no problems answering them. I have sent a few more emails asking different questions about the use of the Time clock and she has been more than willing to help me each and every time. When I purchase something I want the Customer Service to go with it. Thank you for helping me buy this product. This purchase was an excellent fit for our company and so is the Customer Service! I would recommend purchasing anything from this company!

The customer service was fantastic

The customer service was fantastic. They advised right away that there might be a delay on the item I ordered and offered to help me find an alternative option if I couldn't wait. Then it turned out they were able to ship the original item and again let me know right away. Deanna from your customer service department was great to work with! Thank you!

Please to find the allied time cards.
I originally ordered my equipment and time cards from Amazon with free shipping. Amazon stated they did not have in stock / On my last order
I had to order directly from your company which continued to say there were no such time cards. (Although I used exact order numbers )
I must say your website was not the easiest to order from.

Stopped ordering from Amazon

Stopped ordering from Amazon, and will buy direct from Allied Time USA. They deserve to get what is due them. They get cut out of some of their money selling on Amazon. I am even willing to pay for shipping. Thank you Allied Time!!
