Magari sono stato fortunato io, non saprei ma... un'assistenza magnifica. Rimasto in panne domanica pomeriggio, dopo 30 minuti subito il carro attrezzi. Autista molto disponibile e gentile, ha portato l'auto in deposito (essendo domenica) e lunedi mattina subito alle 8.30 era in officina segnalata. Tutto perfetto, non posso dire nulla davvero. In una situazione scomoda sono stato trattato con i guanti. Grazie davvero.

So eine Versicherung braucht man nicht. Tausend Belege, Fotos, Angebote sind einzureichen, Formulare auszufüllen und dann kommt eine Computerantwort zurück, dass die Dokumente nicht geeignet seien und neue eingereicht werden sollen. Auf die Mail kann aber nicht direkt geantwortet (no-reply@) werden-kein persönlicher Kontakt zu bekommen. Es geht um die Reparatur eines elektrischen Gerätes für 95,00 Euro. Habe sicher schon vier Stunden damit verbracht, meinen versicherten Schaden reguliert zu bekommen-gebe jetzt auf und zahle den Schaden selbst. Nie wieder so eine Versicherung!

They decided to pay for my claim last July 2024 but today. October the 25th, I've not got 1$ back. Since then I've called them more than 25 times (international calls paid by me lasting in avarage 40 minutes!). Each time the same story:"we're very sorry, we apoligize, it's incredible". I esclated speaking with senior examiner promising me that the very next day everything would have been solved and I would have received confirmation that I would have been paid. Nothing happened every time. Often I had to start from the beginning because they declared I had not provided my bank account information but after checking.. "we are sorry .... ". I wrote several emails to complain. They never replied. Now I'm appoiting a lawyer. RUN AWAY FROM THEM!!!!! I've the proof about what I'm saying!!!

Takes forever to review documents and then asks for the same thing over and over.

An increase of 140% for additional medical excess from last year with exactly same medical conditions because travelling to Spain and not Baltics and I am now 75.
We cancelled under 14 day rule and went with Staysure. Shop around.

I purchased tickets for an event and thought it would be a good idea to get the insurance also. Time comes for the event and I'm unable to make it so I filed a claim thinking I would be reimbursed, I mean isn't that what insurance does? I was denied the refund. Total scam!! Buyer beware!!

If I could give this insurance company negative stars, I would. I had to cancel a trip to NYC due to court papers coming in that I needed. I no longer needed to go on the trip. I took the insurance out just in case. Allianz Global Assistance Refused to refund me for the trip, which was only $230. Stay away from this insurance company. #1 it takes them over a month to get back with you. #2 when they do get back with you, your claim is denied. They are a waste of money and time.
Allianz Global Assistance Is another rip-off insurance scam. Shop around.

Vanaf 2018 verzekerd voor autopech bij Allianz Global Assistance anderhalf jaar geleden begin 2023 nieuw kenteken doorgegeven bij aanschaf nieuwe auto.14 juni staat mijn vriendin met pech op snelweg dus Allianz gebeld kunnen ze het kenteken niet in het systeem vinden?dan word er gezegt niet erg U belaald de premie altijd netjes dus wij sturen een bergingsbedrijf en u krijgt een vervangende auto.Bij van eijck bergingsbedrijf in Rosmalen aangekomen word ik weer gebeld door Allianz en word er opeens niets vergoed?? dus berging en vervangende auto zelf moeten betalen 500,00 eigenrekening pffft zeer slecht!!! mensen verzeker hier beter niet en kijk eerst naar al hun slechte recensies op ervaringen.nl en trustpilot etc en maak dan beter een andere keuze ik en mijn vriendin hebben beide onze verzekeringen hier per direct opgezegd natuurlijk.En bij anwb een pechhulp verzekering afgesloten.veel uitgebreider en betere recensies.

Keine Erreichbarkeit, im Schadensfall (den wir gleich doppelt nachweisen konnten) passiert gar nichts. Bearbeitungszeit über Monate hinweg, dennoch keine Rückmeldung.

I paid for event insurance, but it is so limited that I am not able to use it. I have a conflict now that I did not have when purchasing the tickets, but I am not only ineligible for ticket reimbursement (even after explaining my situation and uploading documentation), but resale isn't even an option for Ticketmaster to try and sell them. What a waste of an extra cost! They make it hard to use when you need it, not to mention the review process took almost two weeks just to get the denial.
