Huge shipping delays, waited over 3 times the estimated delivery. Which honestly would be fine, but the lack of communication on the status of my shipment, going week after week without updates didn’t feel very customer friendly. Good product though, but probably won’t be buying again

I absolutely love the Gas vape pen, and the full spectrum gummies as well when I need to unwind after a very busy day. The sales personnel, namely Nate, have been wonderful and accommodating to help me find their products. I'm very pleased that the ingredients are natural and locally sourced. My order even came with a marketing brochure, which I hope to share with others as I am so pleased.

I’ve tried other products from a few reputable companies but so far, I’ve been impressed by your products the most and your efficiency with shipping!

However, I seem to have issues creating an account! I’ve ordered from you all in the past and had a similar issue which caused me to delay ordering again. Because of this, I’ve yet to receive any discount codes for signing up and I’ve registered and tried to set and reset a password for an account that won’t create.

So great job on product and shipping efficiently but not so good on my subscription coupon code(s) and locking in my account( and this is my third order…I’ve had to wait for sales)…that lack of record may keep me from ordering in future.

Love the company, repeat customer. Warehouse move slowed things to a crawl. But they do respond if you email them. EVERY time. I ordered 9/3, nothing yet as of Thanksgiving. But be patient and just contact them. They got back to me within an hour early in the AM. Just patiently waiting

Good product especially the lit preroll.
The new vape pens were ok at first. It stop working after a few days & the cartridge was still 3/4 full. Tried charging it for a hr, but it still doesn’t work. Maybe I just received a defective Pen.

Gummies arrived melted and all stuck together, but you guys corrected it and sent out a new order without having to return the melted order. Thank you!!!

I love this company!! I originally ordered their product Lit Delta 8 gummies; I liked them so much (which is a first for me as I haven’t really been a fan of other brands that I’ve tried) that I came to their website and ordered many different things to try. Their products are packaged neatly and I like the individual product packaging design (good job whoever came up with that side of things). Overall impressed and will be a returning customer :)
