The time it took to get here through Sendle must have been by CAMEL. The postage cost seemed to be Express postage. Information about where & how goods were to be sent was good.Cousin ordered two brass fittings total cost $5,70 parts & postage from China & took 4 days.

I'm terribly sorry to hear that your delivery took so long. We have been encountering delays lately with couriers traveling from Melbourne to WA so we've tried our best to monitor these and push them as much as we can.
Unfortunately, our courier charge to WA is quite high, but the amount charged is solely to cover the costs that we are charged. I understand your comparison to the postage from China, and I genuinely have never understood how it costs so little and is so fast.

I must admit that I was a little hesitant in buying from you as your price was a lot lower than your competitors, but a quick search on Google for reviews gave me confidence.
Your ordering system is top notch - I ordered the Tyre Inflator at 10.00pm on a Friday night and needed to ask a question and there was someone on your chat line to answer my question.
By the following Tuesday I had an email informing me that my order on it's way and a tracking number was supplied.
I had my order on the Friday - barely one week from order.
I am extremely happy with my purchase from your business and the entire experience from go to whoa. I know now that when I'm looking for tools, especially Milwaukee, I will certainly check your website first.
