I wish I had known earlier that my address was not complete especially because my email address is in fine but the service i received after sending my email was responded to in a timely manner and shipped out immediately; making me feel better about the purchase.

On my first order. I had to cancel because I was billed but never received product. I did reorder and received product less than a week on my second time ordering. Ive only taken 3 pills so not sure if they work are not.

I purchased a product with this company and was signed up to an auto renew subscription. Now that I have read the reviews I have realeased that I was not the only one. The replies to all of these reviews I have noticied is that this is not standard for them to do. So I went to purchase a mock order and seen the line "Your cart contains an automatically renewing subscription". By clicking "Pay now" you agree to be automatically charged every month until cancelled. So it is in fact the standard you cannot actually purchase a product without signing up. They also refuse to reimburse me for the money they have taken. I will never purchase from this company again.

Update: I have now been contacted by the company based on the above review and they have reimbursed my money for the subscription. I have given my feedback on this practice of auto subscriptions and the matter has been closed.

Although I was able to confirm that the website was secured before receiving a response from customer service, I really appreciate the follow-up! Today there is just so much scamming occurring that sometime I get a little paranoid and will need that extra assurance!
