It's a scam. They charge your credit card on order for the product you have not ordered. They send an up sale email to add more products to your order before they ship it and they ignore the request to cancel your order and still ship it. They continue charging your card monthly even as you complain to your bank and they don't even ship you the product and there are no subscription on your account.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM

Edit. They do respond to the Trustpilot reviews and as a result they have reimbursed my costs. This saves me from a headache of dealing with my credit card company, but doesn't change the fact that my experience was dismal, also I have not tried their products and I am not planning to.

I have noticed more moisture, helping me enjoy my sexual encounters a little more. I've never had a smell issue so I don't know if it helps with that. Easy to take and taste is great. I have it on my bedside table and take it just before bed. I never forget.

horrible experience.
made a one time purchase and very specifically avoided selecting a subscription. received product, no complaints there. however, the company has continued to try and charge me without my consent- which raised a red flag with my credit card company. i had to jump through hoops and waste my day dealing with that, only for allfemme to try charging me AGAIN! For something I didn’t select or purchase! setting off another red flag with my credit card company, forcing me to waste MORE time dealing with this. my credit card company froze my card due to suspected fraud, which is causing problems for other scheduled payments i have. utterly absurd.
calls and emails to allfemme go unanswered.
reading these other reviews is validating but concerning. this company is full of scammers and thieves and should be shut down.

Allfemme Customer Support was great and very helpful. Although I corresponded with 3 different people regarding my order, I was extremely satisfied with how my order was expeditiously processed to completion. Once I receive my order and use the product (Allfemme Flora+), I will submit another review. Thanks.

I was taking them last year and was happy with your product once they finished I stopped and didn't continue, then I had an issue when being intermit with my partner. So after I tried viginial creams I decided to reorder your product and so far I am very happy with the results. Best regards, Rita.

I bought this product once and was very good. Since then they have deducted from my account twice for different amounts. I received the first delivery and nothing since then. Also advised not to send any other goods, but still deducting. Do not use them!!!

I just got it. I’ve taken it for two days.

I love the taste and texture of the gummies and my order came fast.

Update 16 July: After this review, I was contacted by Dess. She understood my concerns, did a refund of the 2 transactions and sent me a proof of cancellation.

I saw a promotion, when I ordered, there was 2 options, subscribe or buy once. I clicked buy once.

The next month, I was billed but not for an order, for a VIP credit on their store. I contacted them multiples times. Nowhere on the website my credit card appears or a subscription. Can’t be cancelled by the customer. Their agent told me 22 June that everything was cancelled for futur transactions. 11 July, new transaction, they can’t cancel this one, but promesses to cancel any futur one. I had to cancel my credit card and go through the dispute process.

They are SCAMMERS

SCAM ALERT:

I am really getting frustrated with this company. I ordered products a couple of months ago. I ordered gummies for the Buy 3 get 2 FREE for $17.99 each for the Flora. When I clicked on that to choose the offer, a pop up came with a Buy 1 get 1 Free for the Moisture X, so I clicked on it to choose it and then, another pop up came for Buy 1 get 1 FREE for the Flatfemme. I chose that offer, then my browser went blank. I didn't press anything or to go back, then it came back. I didn't get the chance to confirm my order; it seems to have done it automatically. The order total should have been only been $93.95 USD NOT $195.93, as stated on my invoice.

I contacted support via email, because that's all they offer for customer support (no phone number). Someone replied, but didn't want to refund the overcharge, like they didn't believe me. Then, last month in June, to my surprise a charge for $93.99 USD was taken without my authorization for a VIP subscription that I NEVER consented to. I checked in my Allfemme account and, there is no subcription on my account and there is no option to cancel or remove my payment method from their system.

I wrote to them again using the same email thread as previously so they could see all the communications. I got NO response from anyone! It's been 1 month. What customer service is this? Do they not care?

Now today to my shock, another charge of $93.99 USD has been taken without my consent. I got no products in return for those charges. So, they are just charging my card every month just like that, stealing my hard earned money, just because they think they can. I will try to reach out again, but I know already no one will reply. This is UNACCEPTABLE. If this is not resolved with my money refunded for those charges, I will take the legal route!!! Enough is enough!

DO NOT BUY from this company, you will be screwed over and charged each month!
