Did not sign up for the service and was automatically charged but the customer service team helped to refund me.

It is not clear that you automatically are charged for a membership (69 euro every month), this could probably made more visible. But my questions about this are responded quickly so my account could be cancelled without problems and my fee will be returned. So a good service and kind answers

I never subscribed for this page for purchase of anything but initially around 600 pkr were deducted from my account on 06-07-2025. Upon receiving the message of deduction, I immediately send an email that I did not subscribe this page please return my amount but instead of returning the deducted amount after 2 days on 08-07-2025, they again deducted more than 9000 PKR from my account. I am in touch with customer support from the first days but they return my deducted amount and giving the lame excuses of company policy. They are fraud, trap the personal data and deduct money illegally

They send emails and say they will refund the amount, but they are all lies. When we talk to customer service, it turns out that there will be no refund. It is a fraudulent site.

Gracias a Jamal de allfashiongo me reembolsarán el importe de una suscripción accidental. Todo vuelve a la normalidad

Sinceramente es un buen programa, lastimosamente no cuento con el tiempo necesario para comprar y estar al pendiente de la página, así que pido el reembolso y ya no se hagan cargos a mi tarjeta por favor, a menos que yo requiera de créditos, lo haré personalmente, más no considero aue se apliquen cargos sin mi consentimiento, gracias, saludos cordiales.
