We actually used Craig to install our log burner 2 years ago, he arranged an appointment quickly. Was super tidy and efficient but most of all we trust Craig with our home. I am going to book him in every year from now on.

Thank you so much for the kind words, Dana! It’s always nice to return to a property where we installed the appliance, to check everything’s running smoothly and that you’re using it correctly — the right fuel, getting the most out of the air controls, and answering any questions along the way. It’s been a pleasure looking after your log burner these past two years, and I really appreciate you trusting me with your home. Looking forward to seeing you for the next service — just get in touch whenever suits and we’ll get you booked in. Thanks again for taking the time to leave this review!

Thank you Jon, really glad the lads looked after you well. Chimney pointing is one of those jobs that has to be done right or you’re back to square one — appreciate you taking the time to say so. We’ll pass it on to the team.

Excellent service

Craig was very helpful today. We’ve been wanting a cowl installed to stop birds nesting and rain coming in for a long time. It’s quite difficult to find someone who will actually go up a ladder that high to put a cowl on the chimney. Craig gave me two different options, explained the benefits to each and installed the cowI I chose.
He swept the chimney and tested to ensure the chimney was drawing correctly. He was very informative throughout, explained everything and left everything clean. Very happy with his work and already have a note in my diary to contact him for a sweep next year.

Thank you, Annette, for taking the time to leave such a kind review.

It was a pleasure helping with the chimney cowl installation and carrying out the chimney sweep at your property in Canterbury, and I’m very pleased to hear that everything is now working correctly and the chimney is drawing as it should. We always aim to explain the available options clearly so customers can choose the most suitable solution for their property.

Thank you again for your recommendation, and I look forward to assisting you with your next chimney sweep.

I’ve used Allchimneys for several years—they swept my chimney at my previous property and most recently inspected and installed a new chimney lining at my current home after the flue failed smoke tests. Their service has always been professional and reliable. They are very careful within the home, sheeting floors from entry to work area. Work is completed with a certificate and they inform building control for works notification, ideal.
I recommend them and wish all chimneys the best for the future. Thanks.

Great service from Allchimneys

Great service from Allchimneys. Carried out a sweep of my chimney and 2 smoke tests. Examined our log burner and gave it a good clean. provided us with a NACS certificate of sweeping that was required for our house move. They were extremely tidy and left the whole area spotless. Thanks Craig and Mitchell, from a very happy customer.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review, Frank.

We’re pleased we could help with the chimney sweep, smoke testing, and giving the log burner a thorough clean ahead of your house move. I’m glad the NACS certificate was useful and that everything was left tidy and as expected.

Thanks again for choosing Allchimneys Kent — it was a pleasure to help.

Best regards,
