Very happy with the service and price…

Very happy with the service and price from All Care. Highly recommended. Felt like the old fashioned way of shopping, more personal touch that is normally lost with internet transactions. Purchased Rollator after many, many online search hours. Once I decided upon what I wanted I googled until I came across All Care, who's price was a lot cheaper than their competitors online.

Ì ordered with a hope of receiving next day delivery, but after ordering I noticed it did not appear to have been dispatched. I emailed company to query but whilst revisiting the site I noticed this item had to be ordered earlier in the day as it was coming direct from the manufacturer. I still received an out of hours reply and was told even through the mistake was mine, they would still, try and get it to me on Saturday. I received an update the item had been dispatched but received Monday. At around 9.10 on Monday I received a call from the company apologising I had not received earlier.m. This was much appreciated, especially as the initial error was mine alone.

Highly recommended..
