Where do I begin???
If you are looking to pay for leads and get none… this is your app. If you are looking for non-existent support services… this is your app. If you are looking to have your privacy ignored and your personal information compromised, this is definitely your app. After being a paid subscription member and receiving nothing but rude emails I dropped this subscription and asked to not be contacted anymore and for my personal information to be deleted. They continue to send unsolicited messages to me and have violated federal privacy laws. Do you homework check multiple review sights… And the most recent reviews they are getting are definitely fake and probably made up by the owner!

i have been using this for my plumbing business, started at the free plan and was amazed by how simple it is to use. i am sure the software will get better as they develop more advanced features, but for SMB its perfect. pluse if you decide to upgrade its month to month no contract

I also was asked to provide my bank…
I also was asked to provide my bank info, social security number and not only did you take 20.00 out of my account you took it twice.
The app isn’t allowing me to upload any photos of before and after information and to charge me 44.00 you guys only have two clients for me to bid. So far I haven’t heard back from either bid.
I want my money back this is a scam! Very disappointing!!

Thanks for raising this. Important context for readers: this page is for AllBetter Field, our business-management software (quotes → scheduling → invoices → Stripe payouts). If you were trying to find new jobs, that’s our separate AllBetter Pro marketplace profile.
About bank/SSN: Those are collected by Stripe, our payment processor, to enable payouts and 1099 tax reporting. It’s standard KYC—keeps payouts compliant and secure.
Charges: We’ll audit your account and refund any duplicate or incorrect fees immediately. Please message us in-app (Help → Chat) or email hello@allbetterapp.com
with your account email so we can locate the transactions fast.
Photos: A past upload bug affected some devices; the fix is live. Update the app and try again. If it persists, send device/OS + the job/invoice ID and we’ll resolve it and credit any fees caused by the issue.
If you came for leads: Use AllBetter Pro. Not all areas have equal activity. Keep your profile complete (photo, bio, work photos), contact info current, and notifications on—we alert you by SMS, email, and push the moment jobs appear in your area so you can open the app and bid.
Background checks: Optional and offered at a discounted rate to help you build trust with customers.

Any review on here that's giving 5 stars is surely fake.
I've been on here for a few weeks now and BARELY have gotten a lead for extremely in demand services that i perform.
On top of that, you can NOT ask a potential client for their contact info just to try to clarify what you're BLINDLY bidding on...even with the intention of completing the rest of the transaction through the app, as well as being forbidden to give your own contact info for the same purpose.
So i'm forced to give pricing that i will be held to even if the job is more than what was "basically" described in a short text.
That's not how i do business, and it's not healthy for the client or the contractor!
It potentially creates an atmosphere where some contractors will do sub-par work for the client because they are losing their ass on the work...(i see it happen almost weekly down here in South Florida)... or the client wont be satisfied and either not pay or reply with bad reviews.
I had a customer contact me back through the app telling me he liked my price and wanted me for the work, but had a short delay in his other work and needed to hold off for a couple more weeks.
I replied back "i can not send my phone number to you on here so please message me back when you're ready" AND NOT ONLY WAS MY MESSAGE FLAGGED, BUT THE CONTACT DISAPPEARED FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!
This is GARBAGE!!!!
They're SO worried about not getting paid for their OCCASIONAL leads that they are restricting any type of ACTUAL work flow!
If i wanted THAT i'd go back advertising on Facebook!

Right product: This page is for AllBetter Field, our business-management software (quotes → scheduling → invoicing → Stripe payouts). Your comments describe the AllBetter Pro marketplace (where homeowners post jobs and pros bid). Different products, different rules.
Timing: Your review is from years ago. Since then, Pro added:
Photo/Video Requests in chat (no “blind” bids needed).
Bid “subject to site visit/verification.”
Change Orders for scope differences before work continues.
Improved moderation/alerts so threads aren’t lost when content is flagged.
Why off-platform contact is blocked: To protect both sides—escrowed payments, audit trail, and fair dispute resolution—we keep pre-booking communication in-app. You can still request photos, add conditions, and lock scope with change orders, so you aren’t stuck underpricing.
Lead volume: Not all ZIPs or categories have the same activity. Keep your profile complete (photo, bio, work photos), expand service radius, enable SMS/email/push, and reply quickly—then you’ll be notified the moment jobs appear so you can bid.
About reviews: We don’t post fake reviews. Feedback here reflects real users across products; this profile is meant for the Field software, not the Pro marketplace.

I think it's weird that all the reviews…
I think it's weird that all the reviews are very close in the dates & each have a 5 star yet I cannot find anything real. The app immediately asks for bank information although it says that you can give it later, it forces you to enter so I guess I'll never know if it's a scam. If you search All better in the Google play, it brings up 3 different ones with the same exact reviews. I decided that I wouldn't enter my bank info. I was attempting to sign on as an All better pro and although someone responded to this, they are saying All better "field" while my review is not mistaken because it's under All better app so It cannot be mistaken. Same logo and everything. Plus another reviewer said the same. It looks like the 5 star reviews were done on their own.

Why you saw bank/SSN
We use Stripe for secure payouts and 1099 tax reporting (standard KYC).
You can create an account and add bank details when you’re ready to accept payments.
If a screen forced bank info early, that’s not intended—please update and we’ll fix it on your account.

Great app easy to use
Great app easy to use. I used for a small job (handyman fixing my plumbing) to full remodeling project prior to selling my house.

I was suprised that it let me pick the day, time and price because I got six accepted bids to choose from.
Once the bids come in it; cool that you can text and send photos to decide who you loke best.
i also like making sure the workers did a great job as the app makes you review them and they have to post a successful photo...
