Having bought an Allanwater house in…
Having bought an Allanwater house in 2011 and now in 2021 the experience could not have been more different. We really had to think before buying another Allanwater house but I’m so glad we did. They have come a long way in the last 10 years and I cannot fault the workmanship of our new house. Any aftersales issues we have had (all minor) have been sorted quickly.

Allanwater Site in Alloa…
Bought an Allanwater Property in Alloa recently. The sales woman was first class from start to finish, very knowledgeable, helpful and kept us very well informed every step of the way. The site staff were also exceptionally helpful when we had a few queries about different things both inside and outside.
On completion the property had been cleaned but it wasn't to the standard Id expected however on saying that it is a new build home so there is going to be a lot of dust.
The only negative was the length of time it took for the Head Office to acknowledge receipt of the funds and release the keys. Funds were sent by the solicitors before 2pm and we didn't get the keys until just before 5pm. I've also seen others waiting until very late in the day.
On the whole a good experience and would recommend them.

From the beginning Joanne made us…
From the beginning Joanne made us welcome and warm feeling when we walked into the sales department.
She didnt force the sale and explained everything very clearly.
When we decided to buy an ochil she kept us up to date with the build.
We love our home and not had that much upsets with it.
Some issues at the beginning.
Biggest part we have had to deal with is the garden flooding when there was heavy rain and all our stones, shed, wall turning green.
But there has been better drainage put on so hopefully see a difference next year.
