Lack of process and customer service
Although the products I’ve received are flawless and as advertised, I was missing an item off my order. They didn’t inform me at all, it was only due to me reaching out that they then told me it was oversold. You would think this would be flagged at the point of dispatch. This feels dishonest to only reach out after people have noticed, I’m sure there are some customers missing product without being aware.
