Alislam Travels UK

Assalamualikum. We are very pleased with Mr. Jebran from Alislam travel who has provided a fantastic umrah package for my family for 10 days . It has fulfilled the requirements beyond expectations. It was budget friendly very good package including travel , accommodation and transportation . Mr Jebran has shown true professionalism and responsibility throughout the journey . We will definitely go again with the help of Mr Jebran and Alislam travel and definitely we will recommend someone ….. truely 5 star service .

Good experience. Hotels were good. Straight forward booking process. I was told at the time of booking that hotels are booked but week before I was the flight I was told that madina hotel is fully booked so had to book another hotel which was thankfully good Alhamdulillah.
Did all the booking with Sanwan. He was very helpful.
Had an issue with the Taif travel company in Saudia who handled all the transport in saudia. Drivers were very cunning and wanted to finish the job as quickly as possible. Which was not good.

Excellent services again by brother Jabran
Going third time with him and it was again the best experience

Right man for the right job Brother Jabran thank you so much for helping us again and again and specially the upgrade and Kaaba view in fairmont

They delivered very good service and helped me very well to find an affordable and easy flight ticket.

Do not ever ever book through this hotel they will take their money and then they will say your reservation has been cancelled and asked for more money...

First one of their agent named adan showed us a hotel and he asked for 20 pound for reservation of that hotel we paid 20 pound after he asked for the remaining amount to confirm the hotel I paid the remaining amount but the next day he was saying the price has gone up you have to pay more all you can choose another hotel I don't want to choose another hotel and I was asking for refund and as soon as I started asking for refund they stop reply I tried to contact their different numbers everyone says we will just get back to you and no one get back to me

Thank you so much Fiza for helping me all the way through choosing the right package for UMRAH and also guiding me to choose right hotel .InshaAllah I will be coming to you in the future again and also I will be recommending you to all my friends and family members.thanks Fiza

Few times travel with Alislam Travel. Package your tour to Mecca. Holidays to NewYork and travel to Bangladesh. All Travels was memorable and extra ordinary service we got from Jabran(Alislam Travels). His caring attentions always we had remarkable. I have no hesitations to give 5 star reviews. Brother Jabran very affectionate, active, respecful always. I honour his tireless services for the Omra package customers.

I reached with Adan on whats app for planning an Umrah package , he was quick and gave me some packages . I had my umrah thorough another agency as i was tight in time. I will consider their services next time .

I have contacted with alislam travel for umrah visa and the rest services and they have treated me and guide me so well and they are economically cheaper than other travel agents. The brother name is ‘Sawan’ whom i was dealing with.

Great experience using these guy especially Jabran who helped with last minute changes and guidance though out . Definitely recommend and payed in installments so to make things easier

The help and advice provided by the agent, Naila, were extremely valuable. Her prompt responses and effort in searching for Umrah packages were greatly appreciated. Although I did not proceed with the package as my mahram was no longer able to travel due to limited availability, my review is based solely on my interaction and experience with Naila. Her support has been excellent, and I am truly grateful for her guidance. JazakAllah khair once again, Naila
