Great resource for small businesses to network and get referrals

The easy usage of the platform, and the honesty & integrity of the pple using it. The structured guidelines for authenticity and trust based networking and relationships.

They sent an email from a personal contact that suggested that this person was reaching out to connect. When I logged in and created an account, they asked for access to contacts which I assumed would just be to allow me to connect with who was on the platform. They emailed my contact list using my identity to say I was reaching out on alignable to connect with them. This is not what I had personally requested. They did this just to try to get more clients themselves. When u tried to request my account be closed and that they disconnected any link to my contact list, they denied my request because they said they could not prove my identity. They gave me no direction on how to prove my identity. What a horrible experience.

I received a quick response from support. My very first active interaction with alignable was very rewarding. Can’t wait to do more with the platform.

Being on Alighnable has helped me to meet a lot of wonderful business owners and Share and collaborate ideas to help each other with our needs and ultimately help our customers. it's just a great place to be!

I think it's a great platform! I have people that are very loyal to our monthly meetings and we have bet quite a few new people over time. The staff is very friendly some of the website seems to be less easy to use for me than it was a few months ago. One of the things I try to do each month is to go in and meet all the new members and send them a connection request and invitation to our monthly meeting. This last month it was much harder to do that than it was in the past where I could pull them up and copy and paste. I think it was the pulling up that was the harder part. I love Alignable. To me it replaces and is far superior to chamber mixers, in that I get real face time with people I wouldn’t have otherwise known. And we all play by the “rules” by not giving elevator speeches but actually getting to know each other.

Best platform for Entrepreneurs

It is a fairly easy to use website. a couple of things would be of value to me. One is being use when people join they have contact information shown. I have many contacts and I check to see if I already have them in my database. I also do etroductions via email. Cannot do that without theirs.

Another not sure you can correct is to suggest they respond to welcome emails. 80% and more have not? Not what I would call professional. Maybe it is me.

horrible experience, we did advertising for a campaign worth about $2k. the result was horrible, total lie on sales calls and also they kept charging my card without authorizing and refuse refunding me

I love the ability to connect with people nationwide, not just in my area. I really love the local networking that has started in my neck of the woods as I have been able to branch out to a variety of business types that I didn't even know I needed to be selling to.
