I had not ordered of Ali for years. But recently some people I knew were talking about their dancing shoes , so I thought I would try. Never again. I ordered 2 pairs. One company had a good description and sent the right pair. Another company sent me the wrong size even though I went by the length in cm. When I complained the seller was quite rude. Ali stepped in and now I can return the shoes for a refund. This only works if the postage is less than the refund which it isn't. Conclusion: do not order from Ali unless you are happy to lose your money. I will try and resell the shoes and take my loss. But unless Ali fixes their return policy no more Ali for me.

Muy mala experiencia con mi primer pedido en la plataforma.
Realicé un primer pedido aprovechando descuentos especiales de nuevo cliente, lo que hizo que el precio fuera atractivo. Sin embargo, durante el envío surgieron problemas con la empresa de transporte: el paquete nunca llegó a entregarse, no se reprogramó ninguna entrega y finalmente fue devuelto sin que yo tuviera opción de recibirlo.
Lo más frustrante es que no hubo una solución real por parte de la plataforma. Simplemente se procedió al reembolso, sin tener en cuenta que el problema no fue mío ni tuve ninguna responsabilidad en lo ocurrido. Nadie se hizo cargo de intentar reenviar el pedido o gestionar una alternativa.
El resultado ha sido una pérdida de tiempo considerable y una experiencia muy negativa. Ahora, si quisiera volver a comprar los mismos artículos, tendría que pagar más del triple del precio inicial.
En definitiva, una experiencia muy decepcionante: una buena oferta de inicio que no compensa un servicio de logística y atención al cliente totalmente insuficiente. He perdido la confianza en la plataforma desde el primer pedido.

J’avais posté un avis sur un colis jamais reçu, Ali express prétexte le manque de détail et me renvoie vers le site : voilà ce que dit mon compte j’ai commandé un amplificateur le 24 03 2026 référence 3070723892605370 livrable sous 10 jours. Maintenant le 02 07 toujours rien. Dans un premier temps AE me dit que j’ai été livré, je conteste, ils disent avoir mis en place une procédure de remboursement, je vais sur mon compte : refusé, dans un deuxième temps ils me répondent que mon colis est en transit. Bref ils nous baladent, je n’ai plus besoin de ce produit à ce jour, je n’arriverai pas à me faire rembourser, méfiez vous vraiment de ce site

Hello again, It doesn't make any sense that being "temporarily" on a timeout because YOU lockedme out of my app acount where I was already a diamond memeber, you ask me to during appeal decision to register or enter with a different emai laddress when YOU locked me out of the account for THAT SAME REASON!! I shouldn't be affected on your behalf.
That's why many ppl are morving on and using SHEIN or Temu rather than AliExpress wher theyr customer support in uncomplainable and works on a fast sresolution scheme! Good luck with your app....see you never
