Attention!!! Ce site donne l’impression qu’il s’agit du site officiel pour vendre des billets Alhambra, mais c’est l’agence My Top Tour qui se cache derrière pour faire payer 2 fois du prix du billet sur le site officiel.

Une belle arnaque: il se font passer pour le site officiel, vendant des tickets pour des visites complètes de l'Alhambra, au final on a un ticket pour une visite partielle(sans le palais Nasrides) pour 3 fois le prix normal.

l'Alhambra est a visiter puisque c'est magnifique mais cet organisme le sait trop bien et se fiche donc du client. Ils pratiquent le surbooking, c'est lamentable. Nous sommes une douzaine à prendre des billets deux mois avant au prix unitaire de 45€, une personne se rajoute une semaine avant et son billet est à 85€ ! Le premier groupe nous recevons une semaine avant la visite un mail indiquant qu'un cas de force majeur empêche la visite du palais Nazaries et propose soit d'annuler notre visite et nous rembourser la totalité soit de faire la visite sans le palais Nazaries et de nous rembourser 25% . Nous nous sommes aperçus que sur le groupe, 8 ont été remboursés et n'ont pas pu visiter le palais Nazaries et 4 n'ont pas été remboursés et ont pu le visiter mais sans aucune information préalable et la personne au billet à 85€ a pu le visiter puisqu'ils préfèrent rembourser 25% d'un tarif de 45€ que de 85€ bien sûr. De plus nous avions tous réserver à 10h et sur un mail il est dit d'arriver 15mn avant, sur 'e billet il est mis de venir à 9h30 et un seul du groupe ne pouvait entrer qu'à 11h ! Donc il a fait la visite tout seul ! Et donc on s'aperçoit bien qu'il n'y avait aucun problème "force majeur" mais juste du surbooking. Lamentable !

It took me an eternity to find parking, ticket box & the ramps are too steep. I saw none of it as it was made so difficult. I'm glad I made it home. Never again!

WATCH OUT: never buy your tickets on alhambra-entradas.org or via toptour!

They ask 2x the Normal ticketprice, but you get nothing additional in return.

A total SCAM! I paid 35 euros per person for the Alhambra+audio tour, thinking that it would be a general ticket for the entire place, including the palace and gardens. It did not include the palace of Nazrin (the most important part!), otherwise I would have had to pay 86 euros! This ticket is only 19 euros if you go to the actual Alhambra website or to the campus itself. And the audio tour was the exact same as you can buy from the Alhambra. Don't waste your money, I wish I could have seen these reviews before I bought.

Scammers. I paid 86 euros for two tickets thinking it was the official website. They sent me some Emails with a reservation number and address where to go to pick up tickets. Google map pointed to difrent place. They do not answer the phone only after a long time they respond to whatssup with auto messages. What is the worst they sent me tickets for 10 euros per person. I paid 86euros for tickets that cost 20 euros lol. At the service desk the lady will not accept complaints because it is not a complaint service. Moreover to the question of where and how can I make a complaint. I received the answer in another point, but they do not have an address (w.t.f) or by phone (no one answers the phone). Communication in English with them was realy poor. Avoid from afar !!!!

I have the same experience as all the people who left their review here. I wish I had read them before I bought these tickets !
Our experience:
It looked like it was the official site of the Alhambra to buy tickets (and I still think it is, but Alhambra works apparently with a booking office, My Top Tours, but you don't know this until you bought the tickets and receive a confirmation from them).
We bought these tickets via this 'official site' to avoid to be scammed and because it was too difficult to compare different sites and offers + look for reviews on a small smartphone screen on holiday. We paid 85€/ticket, and thought this was the normal price, since it was the official site.
When we received the tickets, there was indicated 18€ as the price for the ticket (without the audioguide, but still)! At home, comparing on our computers, we found the same tickets with audioguide on other sites for 39€ (still half the price!).
We complained, but they did not want to do a refund.
Stay away from this site, IT IS A SCAM !!!

I BOUGHT A TICKET FOR 85 EUROS WITH AN AUDIOGUIDE WHEN THE NORMAL PRICE IS 18 EUROS FOR THE GENERAL VISIT OF THE ALHAMBRA
THEY DID NOT GIVE US ANY AUDIOGUIDE ASKING FOR AN EXTRA 50 EUROS DEPOSIT.
BESIDES THEY SAID TO US THAT WE WILL NOT QUEUE AT PALAIS NASRIDES
OR WE WERE IN THE QUEUE FOR 2 HOURS UNDER THE SUN.

they are scamming organizations that take advantage of people’s inattention to the internet. I thought I was on the official website of the alhambra.

THEY DID NOT ACCEPT TO REFUND ME THE PRICE OF AUDIOGUIDE DESPITE THE FACT THAT I DID NOT HAVE THEM.
I SEND THEM EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSES.

IT IS A NIGHMARE.

The only way this company can improve is to provide a direct link to the official website to buy tickets. I thought it was strange when I'd purchased the tickets and they said they'd need to check availability. I spent 70€ on two tickets that didn't give us entrance to the main palace, just the outside parts. I had to go to the customer service and bought two tickets for the entire palace for 36€, nearly half the price of the first and with EVERYTHING INCLUDED that we wanted to see! What should have cost 36€ has cost me more than 100€ because of these scammers. (Must admit for scammers their service was good though)

On est arrivé à l'entrée du palais Nazaríes et on nous a dit que nos tickets n'étaient pas valables (tickets à 45 euros pièce), et que nous devions nous rapprocher de l'agence. Évidemment l'agence est injoignable donc on a dû racheter des billets sur place et à 18 euros pièce, LE VRAI PRIX !!!

Scam website by impersonating as the official ticket website. How come they could exist for so long? Google should be shamed of allowing this company to mislead the viewers with the word “official”. The company uses ORG, not COM, intentionally trying to scam people into buying from them rather than the official ticket website. Such a shame!

Obviously I don't recommend it to anyone, they charged me 102 euros for a service that cost 30 euros, I thought I was buying from the official ticket sales site but no, when I realized it was too late, I was deceived, they should refund my money, You don't have the right to impersonate the official Alhambra ticket sales website, I'll file a complaint.

We landed on the Website of this company, after we googled „official tickets alhambra“ it looked like the official reseller and I couldn’t find something „more serious“ thanks to google-adwords or SEO…

scam.. found out too late.. overcharged by 300%. see other comments here. they obviously pay google a lot in ad revenue because they appear at top of search results and have the word 'official'.

Warning: this company is NOT the official site but you may be directed there when you search. They company is actually "My Top Tours". They charge up to 50% more for tickets and packages. They take your payment but don’t send your tickets until 1-2 days before you go and have been known to cancel so you may not get to go. Use the official Patronato site to get tickets immediately, for a much more reasonable rate. Under no circumstances do they offer refunds. I mistakenly booked through this site and learnt the above.

Ce site est une ARNAQUE ! Absolument pas officiel, tarif hors norme, vente forcée de la Granada card, pas d'envoi des billets il faut les retirer dans leur point de vente (pratique), les audio guides doivent également être retirés à cet endroit puis rapportés pour récupérer la caution ( nous n'avons pas accepté donc payé pour rien) c'est une organisation désastreuse... fuyez cette enseigne qui peut même vous raccrocher au nez au téléphone. Une très mauvaise expérience et de l'argent perdu.
