They delete the old account and don't provide any new account. And don't respond on emails it's been three days that i send many emails and without anything in return. I wish you will be destroyed by your owners

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Algo Forex Funds! I purchased two 1M Instant Funded Accounts in January 2025, expecting fully operational trading accounts. However, on February 24, 2025, the company shut down their trading servers without any warning.

At first, their support claimed it was a “temporary technical issue” and asked for patience. For over a week, they kept extending the timeline, promising a fix. Then, suddenly, on March 1, 2025, they changed their story and claimed that the company had been “acquired” and no longer had records of previous accounts. This is an outright lie – my accounts were still visible in their dashboard, proving they had the data but were refusing to honor the purchases.

When I asked for my accounts to be reinstated, they refused and instead offered me a 50% discount to buy new ones. This is an obvious scam! I even proposed to start over, giving up over $100,000 in profits just to regain access, but they still refused. Shortly after, they blocked my support chat access and stopped responding to emails.

A legitimate company does not operate like this. They have stolen money from me and many others, as can be seen from the rising number of complaints on Trustpilot and other platforms.

Avoid Algo Forex Funds at all costs – this is a well-orchestrated scam! If you were also scammed, file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider immediately.

This is a complete frustration for clients. I had several MT4 accounts with them before their recent transformation to MT5. This prop firm neither paid out well nor responded. With the recent transformation, they deactivated all previous clients' accounts and said to repurchase with a discount. That's ridiculous and not at all right. They should transfer the old clients to the new platform, as we purchased those accounts with money. This is a total fraud and not recommended to anyone. Simply a no go.......

Old accounts are not even working and they are trying to sell more accounts by saying that we changed our platforms, there are new owners and don't have data of old accounts etc

Depois de 2 semanas sem informação, contato, suporte alegando que ta em manutenção. Ai hoje me respondem que empresa foi comprada, contas antigas nao existem mais e que preciso comprar outra nova.
Mais claro golpe financeiro não tem jeito.

Be careful, the old accounts were deleted and I didn't receive any profit, all the positive reviews are slaves set by them to let the good comments fool people, don't follow the good reviews and don't give your money to something like that, it's scamming. I don't answer emails, nothing. BE CAREFUL!

They have scammed everyone. I bought a 100k account from AFF on January when they had a promo of buy 1 and get 2 accounts, I never knew they were trying to sell the company. After one month, I tried to withdraw my profits, they declined it stating that I failed their consistency rule. I started again, by this time, I had helped some of my clients to also purchase their 100k account. 2 weeks into my trading, my account was disabled, I contacted customer service and they told me that they were having a maintenance, that once they are done, they will send mail to all so we can log in and continue with our trading. By this time I had already made a profit of $7000, and $2100 on one of my clients account. I sent them several mails and they kept reassuring me that we will soon start trading, I was surprised to write them today and I received a mail that it has been sold and the new owners said that they have no business with old traders, in fact that they only have a 24hr discounts code for any old trader if you want to buy new account. Please I need help on how and where to report them as I have all the mails they sent to me, my clients are after me now thinking that I have scammed them.

I bought a 100k hft account around 3 months ago. On the 17th of February 2025, their services stopped and i couldn't trade my account anymore. I had already heard rumours about their bad reputation after i bought the account. They replied to emails, stating that their servers is down and they will need a few days to resolve the issue and for everything to return back to normal. Now they apparently partnered with a new broker and also created a new website. When I asked them today for my account credentials - they said they no longer have access to the old accounts and that I must use the promo code NEWALGO to get my account back. After I have entered my promo code - they want to charge me $245 again in order to get my account back. BLOODY SCAMMERS!!! They have literally scammed all the existing users who lost their account in the process. They have scammed thousands of other users as well. All positive reviews after 17 February 2025, are all fabricated/paid to be posted. NEVER EVER BUY FUNDED ACCOUNT FROM THIS TRASH SCAMMER COMPANY ! Everybody be careful but dont buy from them. I am reaching out to everyone who were scammed by algo and we will be positing our experience here on trust pilot so they dont get the chances to fake reviews.

After almost a month without any answers, they finally answered me, and they said that I simply lost my accounts because they changed owners hahaha completely bizarre, scam, run away from it. They even offered me a discount to buy a new account

They suddenly deleted my account, claiming maintenance, and for more than 3 weeks they blocked all accounts claiming that another company had acquired them, but my account is still blocked with profits exceeding $3,000. The logic is to restore the accounts to their customers and resume work, not to buy new accounts. This indicates the height of fraud and deception. No one answers. Stay away from these criminal companies that are located in Africa and do not have a certificate from the oversight bodies.

Honestly, a complete rug pull SCAM!

I was trading with a $500k funded account. Without breaching any rules (got confirmation of this via email + account history) I was up $110k in profit.

I decided to call it a night, and step away. The next morning when I tried to log in. I kept getting "invalid account" error on MT4. I checked passwords, their portal, etc, but everything pointed to an account issue.

I reach out to them via email support. I was told via email that they are busy with upgrades, and that the new site and trading should continue within 2 days.

Fast forward a week later the account still doesn't work, nor does the portal. Persistent email follow ups yielded no results.

Eventually, I received a chat response telling me that a new company took over, and that all old accounts were essentially deleted. The "new company" would not pay out legitimate payouts which were due to previous customers.

I have ALL of the trade history, emails, chat support messages to back this up.

The accounts suddenly stopped connecting. The company replied, if they replied, rudely and said they are fixing a problem with the servers. Two weeks later, with a new logo and colour scheme they are "a completely new company". So with that excuse no payout delivered and old accounts worth several thousands of euro were deleted. No more access, but you GET TO BUY new accounts with "24hr promo discount code". Stay away from these scammers!!!

The company's trust level is currently at 0%. It has been almost a month since the HFT account was closed. No one is taking any account from them. Their ugly face has been exposed to everyone. Now they will cheat again under a new name. Therefore, all their customers should be careful and expose their ugly face at every level so that this does not happen to anyone else in the near future.
