My goddaughter dress came and she loves it. However, the communication from the company could use some SERIOUS help. My goddaughter wanted a specific dress from this site for prom. I paid for rush order and expected the dress would be on the way. The dress actually needed to be made. My best friend and mother to my goddaughter reached out to the company after no updates were given regarding the status of the dress. She was told that they didn't have enough material to make the dress and she could select something ready to ship. If a customer spending anything over $100 communication is the key to good customer service.

I got a ‘Ready to Ship’ dress & it literally came in 3 days. It was beautiful & looked just like the picture. The only thing is that the glitter & rhinestones make a hugeeee mess when u put it on !

This company deserves a zero-star rating. My daughter independently ordered two prom dresses—one was advertised as "ready to ship," while the other was supposed to be custom-sized. Unfortunately, both dresses were shipped together six weeks after the initial order was placed. The ready-to-ship dress turned out to be too small, but we could have easily exchanged it if it had been dispatched as promised on the website.

Trying to get assistance was a frustrating experience; the only way to contact customer support was via email, and we encountered significant delays in receiving responses. After several attempts, we finally received an email indicating they would accept the return. However, they later informed us that the return was not valid because it was received too late according to their policy—a delay caused entirely by their slow communication.

While the quality of the dresses was acceptable, it was far from what was depicted in the promotional images. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for prom dresses.

I wish I could give a big fat ZERO. My daughter ordered her prom dress in March, she sent several emails to the company asking for a status and they did not respond for weeks. My daughters prom is in two weeks and we just got a message stating that the dress will not be made in time for prom. I am pissed. Now I have to go out and find a dress last minute. Do not buy from here.

I purchased a dress for my daughter's prom and the dress was so beautiful but when she put it on i cried. It was amazing. The speed of service was A1,I've never ordered a gown and it came less than 2 weeks. So if anybody out there that's looks for something to wear for a special occasion trust me this the site y'all needs to be on cause I'm doing round 2 but this time momma is looking.....Birthday coming.....5star

I’ve ordered the Emerald Ozzie dress on March 26th, and my senior prom is this Saturday. And I even gotten the dress from the ready to ship side. I haven’t received any shipping updates or tracking information, and I’m getting really concerned since the event is just days away. I reached out on Instagram and via email, but I haven’t received a response since the first message.

This is a really important event for me, and I need to know the status of my order as soon as possible. Please let me know if the dress will arrive on time or if there’s an issue. I’d appreciate a prompt response—thank you!

The original dressed had rest to ship on the picture we ordered it just to be told it was a custom dress which take 6 weeks to ship which was going to make it after prom after going back and forth for 3 days in email only cause they don’t have a phone which is crazy to sell 1k dresses but don’t have a phone number they finally let me change the dress got the new dress just for a couple of diamonds to be falling off the dress differently will not shop or send nobody to buy from them

I ordered a ready to ship dress that was supposed to ship within 5-7 business days. After the 7 days I contacted this company SEVERAL times and they told me my dress would be shipping soon. After almost 10 days… I reached out AGAIN and was finally told they oversold the dress and would issue me a refund. How DISAPPOINTING!!! Why would I have to keep reaching out??!! This company should have reached out to me as soon as they found about THEIR error. As of today, almost 29 days after ordering I still have not received my refund. If you need a dress at a reasonable price, I suggest Peaches in Chicago. They offer online and in store service.

Florena dress was beautiful!!! there was a few issues about the beads and glitter falling off, and a little pieces of tulle coming off but overall the dress is amazing, fits perfectly very flattering and elegant!!

My daughter bought a dress weeks ago for this site for prom and we can not get in contact with a live person to help us. They keep giving these one line answers when we reach out to get assistance that have absolutely no substance. Her prom is in 10 days and we have yet to see a dress. They just keep saying they will do their best. So I'm sure we just lost our money and my kid will have to figure something out before her senior prom. SMH. And NO we don't want no damn store credit!

I went to their store in Albany and absolutely obsessed! Everyone was super nice, the environment was great, and they helped me find my perfect prom dress. Definitely coming back!!!!
