Right from the outset the professionalism, knowledge of task and helpfulness was brilliant. We were a bit apprehensive and unsure what we wanted. You get a visit from the business owner who openly shares his expertise, experience and opinion. We were really clear about which way to go after his visit. The office were very good too, the quotation was detailed and very fairly priced. You get a lot of support the whole way through the process, texts to inform when the engineers are arriving and who's coming. We had 3 engineers/technicians arrive, the lead engineer was brilliant, they were tidy, excellent workmanship, didn't keep disappearing, smoke or swear, they were considerate to the area and our neighbours. All these things are as important as the cost and quality of the task. It's great when you find a business like this, they are few and far between!!
