Worst exchange, deducting money from my account without my consent, wasted one month to return my money, still in a limbo if i ever get the money back from them, will have to file a complaint for Sanadak

Zero service and no one knows anything.

No information available .. the agent doesn't know the app technical capabilities (alfapay).. bad attitude with the caller (agent thinks the caller is not smart enough and talks down at him). Knowledge of the their app is very limited and promises to call back with a solution is all empty .. no one call back. Very very disappointing service for a very promising product. They need a big change in team members and upgrades in mangement.

I usually transfer funds to the UK, and this is the third time my transfer has been delayed for over a week. This time, it has been more than 10 days, and now no one knows the whereabouts of my funds. The company claims that their correspondent bank is not responding, and they are not returning my money. A heads-up to everyone: be very careful when choosing their services.

Worst exchange in uae. I dont kniw why western union is partnering with them. They deliberately reject transaction without any valid reason and then dont refund for an eternity and keep giving generic answers

Holding money unreasonably. Money was sent to relative through them. After a day of taking my money, they said transfer is rejected without giving reason. 2 weeks after, no response no return. Scam level process.

Worst exchange. You cannot follow up with the WPS team aside from email in which they don't care to respond as well. When you call their helpline, you can only speak to customer service who don't have any idea with your transaction and they will just follow up as well. They cannot transfer you to WPS team or anything.
This don't even deserve a single star.
Been 3 days since they said employees can withdraw the money but then when the employees visit the branch, the branch are saying it's not in the system.

After giving the correct swift file they deposit the money in Al fardan account and then no one is aware where the salary is deposited.My employees are struggling for the whole month without Salary for the whole month.Customer service is poor as they have zero resolution n nobody calls you back.AHT is always 40min +, worst for CSC agents. Money is still with them and no refund until today.12 days we are following up.

The processing of employee enrollment to the existing WPS service is too slow, the customer service cannot give an update, it has been 7days now. Said someone will call, email from their side but non has cared to give a status update. Employee Salary is an urgent matter.

My experience is very poor, as I transfered amount more than 1 months, and still it's not showing in my account.

Even following up with team, however not get any right response.

WPS TEAM OF AL FARDAN DOES NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO REPLY ON EMAILS DESPITE OF CONTINOUS FOLLOW UPS. AND WPS PROCESSING TIME IS ALWAYS DELAYED EVEN IF YOU SUBMIT THE ZIP FILE ON EARLIER OR ON TIME. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST IT HAPPENS TO US.

A financial service provider should prioritize integrity, speed, and customer satisfaction, but Alfapay has failed in all these aspects.

I demand immediate action to resolve my pending issue without any further delay. Failure to address this complaint promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate the matter to the relevant authorities and warn others to avoid your so-called services.
I expect a clear response and resolution from your side at the earliest.

However, the final amount charged was significantly higher than the initial quote, with no clear explanation for the discrepancy. The hidden or unexpectedly high fees completely negated the supposed "competitive rates" they advertise.

I had one of the worst , hilarious experience for outward remittance. Four days not the wired money received yet , kept asking , very cool
Answer that back office is close unable to ask the actual reason , keep inquiry after the week ends .
Sending Charges rates are highest in uae , exchange rate is lowest comparing other exchange houses .
There is no one to ask them , they are looting and using 3rd class service providers.
Never ever think about this exchange even in extreme emergency. Money will not be received on time . Staff here is not taking quick actions on complaints.

One of the worst exchanges for WPS services. Do not use Alfardan for WPS salary processing they are highly unreliable and consistently fail to process salaries on time. Their delays cause unnecessary inconvenience and frustration for both employers and employees.
