It was really a pleasure to interact with our destination consultant, immigration consultant, case manager, and Alfa team in Denmark regarding all the work related to relocation. The team made things extremely easy for me and my wife to relocate from different countries to Denmark. I also spoke very highly of alfa staff to our HR and to my group leader. It was indeed a very professional team of yours that made everything smooth and hassle free. When I first moved to Germany from India in 2011, relocation and finding an apartment was extremely cumbersome than finding a job in the first place. But moving to Denmark was made super easy because of your professionalism and super helpful team.

I wish you and your team at alfa a very successful future.

The entire Alfa moving team has made almost the impossible to meet my needs and expectations. For example, Nerrisa Weis negotiated a lowering in the price for the awesome Movinn apartment they found for me. In other words, they suggested and apartment to stay the first 3 months that I liked so much that I asked ALFA to negotiate a better price in case I decided to stay there for a year. She did it and now I am enjoying g a great apartment with lowered rent.
All of them are nice and always helped me promptly and with a smile (when you could still see people's faces without a mask)

My experience was not bad but also not the best.
I got covid in that period and little attention was paid to what followed, I was lucky to result negative in time for the SIRI, receive my CPR number and see the properties but if I hadn't intervened, my appointments would have been postponed for a month ...
Another inconvenience was that they gave to me incorrect information about my contract and had to ask the same questions multiple times to get an answer.
All in all I found a nice furnished apartment and my goods arrived intact and quickly.

Deplorable service and outright obstructive behavior from their staff. This is not a credible company. When I complained about their sloppy packing for an international move they responded that I should not care because I had insurance. They either don’t provide correct information or they don’t provide any at all causing excessive amount of issues. The worst for me is how rude and difficult they are to deal with. Do not use this company.

Alfamove supported me in my move to Denmark and the support I got was exemplary and outstanding. Couldn't have had better service. Very flexible and supportive and at the same time understood my needs, what I needed to know and what kind of apartment I was looking for.

Can't do anything else than truly recommend to use the services from Alfamove.

Worst moving company that we ever dealt with. No deadlines kept, lost things, damages to assetd and escaping from liability in all possible ways. They also have some - most probably, abusive and unfair clauses in their agreements. Not recommended. It is worth to pay a bit more but get some more reliable company.

My experiece was terrible with Alfa scandinavia, the home search was horrible with zero comunication during the process. Due to their incompetence and due to the strees created by them , I decided to take an offer in another country, in another company.

To be honest, I was extremely unhappy with Alfa - The Scandinavian Mobility Services Company. It was difficult to set date for shipping, and they managed to loose 3 out of 30 moving boxes. So if you choose this company, be careful with you insurance, and don't ship anything of personal value.

My suggestion for five stars would be to have a monthly recap of the paiement which has been perfomed, and how much will be taken from allowances (automatically transfered as the rent, or requested by Alfa to be retained on the salary) : this monthly "balance sheet" would be very useful in terms of transparency, and would limit the nimber of clarification requests ;-)
