Incredible level of service after my first review.

I initially had some issues, but Wally from customer support completely turned this experience around. Here’s what happened:
1. I wrote a review here about my previous experiences with AC customer support.
2. They replied here and gave me a chance to get in touch through the Trustpilot link, but I missed the window while it was still active.
3. I then updated this review and asked them to email me if they still wanted to follow up. He emailed immediately.
4. I explained the situation over email and we found a solution that, together with the substance of the responses, turned this into a hugely positive experience. What stood out most was the personal tone, the details and transparency on how they are working to improve the areas that caused the issues in the first place, and just generally the feeling that you're speaking to somebody who understands what you are saying, takes it seriously, and communicates on your level.
I previously wrote about my frustrations with their AI customer service and an unfortunate event regarding my order, but this more than made up for it.
