Good customer services engagement for me and although I haven't tested the refund policy (an exchange suited me) the exchange policy was very generous and customer services were helpful, practical and delivered quickly and on time. I would definitely order from Alden &Ash again.

Just don't bother... save yourself time and money. There are NO refunds... just deals and they cost MORE money. And the products are nearly TERRIBLE. It's almost impossible to conceive how this company exists. My bad though... I did not read reviews in advance or I would not have been taken advantage of by them.

I've never even had a reply from them and ive sent over ten emails to return my trousers. The trousers were way to big and made from cheap terline fabric, these aren't chinos they are the cheapest most horrible pair of trousers you can imagine. They say they trade from Amsterdam which is probably a one bedroom flat fronting a Chinese con job. Do not waste your money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️

Terrible experience. Merchandise arrived late, damaged. no communication at all and no response either. I am amazed how they still hold a company license. Scandelous.

great trousers, I have bought many pairs but impossible to return when they send a wrong size. I have emailed their CS multiple times with no answer.
annoying to throw away over £50 when you cant return the incorrect goods.

I received a shirt from this company which had lipstick / blood on the collar . Despite repeated emails they have completely ignored me. I am still awaiting a refund after several weeks. Do not buy from this company , they are very unprofessional.

Clothes good quality but the sizing is out so when they was offering me multiple discounts to not refund it was pointless ass nothing fits.
Been 4 weeks and still going back and forth over returns and now it’s going to cost me £60 to return as these are delivering from china which should be stated clearly when you are buying off them..

I have returned good back in August 2025 which were stuck in Chinese customs. I think the seller knows that this will happen and avoids refunds.

Yesterday 30th Jan (6 months on) - I received my returned goods from China.

My original order was not the right size (my fault) and Alden & Ash took care of it right away. They sent me a new item that fits perfect. I got some many complements on my sweater polo. Definitely ordering more! Great fit and great service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Dragged out the delivery and then when I request a return they told me that their returns were processed in China and would offer an embarrassing 10% refund. They upped this to 35% and have no went silent. Shambles of a “company” and worse customer service.

This is a Chinese scam company. I am trying to return the cheap shirt but I cannot even figure out how to do it. No email receipt or exchange label.

Betrüger! Ware nie erhalten, 120 € weg. Keine Antwort auf E-Mails, keine Erstattung. Für mich wirkt das wie Betrug – absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Nach einer zufriedenen Bestellung im Sommer habe ich mir nochmals die selben Hosen bestellt, selbe Größe (XL) wie bei der letzten Bestellung. Angekommen sind viel zu kleine Hosen wie auch ein anderer Stoff. Nach mehrmaligen Intervention und 15 € zusätzlichen Versand (die zu kleinen Hosen konnte ich mir behalten) wurden mir wieder zwei Hosen in Größe XXL zugesandt von dem abgesehen dass die Größe XXL noch kleiner geschnitten sind als die alten Hosen der Größe XL waren die Hosen aus einen ganz anderen Stoff als bestellt. Für mich war es dass bei Alden&Ash zu bestellen.

I go along with Neil Dugdale in his review from Dec 2, 2025. It's a total rip-off, you can't REFUND! My order was delivered in Barcelona, Spain. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you keep it. Quality is semidecent for €40-€50 a piece, but it doesn't compensate the overall scamming concept of no returns.

Do not buy anything from here unless you are 100% going to keep it. It supposed to be in Amsterdam but you have to return clothes to China for a refund. They try and make you keep the clothes by offering a bigger and bigger discount. It is a nightmare. They are now no longer responding to my e-mails and my return was delivered to the returns address in China about 4 weeks ago. Now the
info@aldenandash e-mail does not work.
This is a complete rip-off.

Shirts look nothing like their advertisements
They refuse to honor returns. Poor fits
I tried for over two weeks to return.
They wanted me to keep with a 25% discount.
When I said no they stopped responding.

Trousers are terrible quality and the sizing is well off. When emailed to ask for a return I was told that I could either have another pair and just pay postage or return at my expense oversees. When I replied my email couldn’t be delivered I assume I have been blocked.

Quality of trouser was the poorest I’ve ever seen and not worth £50 never mind £50. Sent email after email to return for a refund and they keep offering an exchange and now 25% refund. Can’t even reply as email is now not recognised. Avoid at all costs!!!!

These cloths were garbage and were a size off, fabric is really poor quality and they would not refund my order. They tried to negotiate from 10%-25% on a discount. This company is horrific and said it would cost them to much to ship back etc. Do not waste your money or time. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the transaction.
