We rented an automatic car from their Benalmádena site with full insurance and a €200 cash security deposit. The personnel were polite and helpful throughout the process, making check-in smooth and efficient. The car itself was of good quality—clean, comfortable, and with a smooth drive that made getting around really enjoyable.

During our rental period, the vehicle performed perfectly with no issues at all. It felt reliable and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind, especially since we had full insurance coverage included.

Returning the car was just as easy as picking it up. The staff handled everything quickly, and we received our security deposit back without any problems or delays.

Overall, it was a very positive experience. Great customer service, a quality vehicle, and a transparent rental process. We would definitely recommend them to others and would be happy to rent from them again in the future.

Auto mehrere Monate im Voraus online gebucht, zum gegebenen Termin war der Mietpreis auf der Seite deutlich höher. Habe eine Email geschrieben, ob mein gebuchter Preis noch stimme und überhaupt ob die Buchung noch stehe. Keine Antwort erhalten, also vorsichtshalber bei anderem Vermieter gebucht. Am Flughafen erwartete mich tatsächlich ein Mitarbeiter von Albacars mit meinem Namensschild und dem Mietvertrag. Ich musste ablehnen und habe das andere Auto genommen. Mit einem besseren Kundenservice hätte das nicht passieren müssen.

If you care about your finances, stay away from this company. They are fraudsters and liars. The cars are in terrible condition, and taking pictures of cards with all the details is a complete failure. They take a deposit that they never return. Stay as far away from this company as possible. Large-scale scammers.

DO NOT GET SCAMMED, this company ( alba cars ) also using the name CHEAP CAR HIRE MALAGA are scammers, when I got on their website, they originally offered me a TOYOTA AYGO and I specifically stated and requested in my emails to them that I wanted the TOYOTA AYGO. when I got to Malaga airport and left the arrivals area NO one was waiting for us and when I called their number some old fat guy showed up and pretended to be helpful by taking my wife's luggage and lead us outside the airport and he informed us that the car was in the car park and he proceeded to do the paperwork on the sidewalk and charged my credit card, then he took us to the car park and showed me an OLD fiat punto and told me that there a fault where the boot warning light is continuously on and while we were loading our luggage he disappeared without letting us know , when I tried to start the car it would not start and kept on giving clicking sound ( either poor battery or faulty starter motor ), I was furious and did call them to report this crappy car and after several calls the same fat old guy showed up and after various tries he started the car and they accused me of not knowing how to start the car, I got angry and asked them to either provide me with another car or cancel the credit card charge, the idiot on the phone ( called sergio ) was very rude and told me that there was something wrong with my head, when I got angry and cautioned him not to be rude and that I would NOT let his guy leave and that I would call the police, they cancelled the credit card transaction. luckily I am very cautious person and alway have a second plan as insurance ( when I made the Initial booking, I had booked with two companies without prepayment or giving credit card details ) so I proceeded to the other company ( a legitimate company with shuttle bus ) and rented their car ( 18 euros extra for the entire 13 days duration ), they provided me with a brand new fiat panda and I am enjoying my holiday, when I get back to England I will be starting a campaign on social media to expose these fraudsters and make sure that no one gets scammed, also will be contacting the spanish embassy through their diplomatic channels to make sure that these fraudsters do not scam anyone else. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, they are not a trust worthy.

When we were met in the airport we were told that they only had a car from a cheaper (a lot cheaper) group than what we had booked. The guy also said that he "unfortunately" still had to charge us the price for original car. When we complained about it he said that it was not his problem and he started to threatening us with leaving us at the side walk (leaving me, my wife and our 7 months baby and a 3 year old). When he finally realised that we kept insisting on either getting the car we had booked or get the cheaper car to the price listed at their website he just left us... We were then stranded in the airport with two small tired kids and no car. And as if the above wasn't bad enough, he then reported us to the airport security! The guard couldn't speak English so I don't know what the guy had told him, but the guard could obviously see that we were a family and not whatever trouble maker the guy had tried to make us to...
