I love this platform .... plenty of variety and the video library is fantastic if u can’t attend the live class. Also when I am stuck for time I can select a 20min class or even a 10m sleep class ! I also really love the Meditation videos with Maeve and I regularly use them. All of the teachers are clear and concise without being too repetitive. As a runner I especially like Mary’s very informative class 👏

I love this online yoga platform. The teachers are amazing. They're all so knowledge, warm and friendly. Being able to do yoga online has allowed me to fit in more classes a week than I ever thought I could do. It's definitely promoted positivity and good mental health during lockdown.

I moved to the Ālaya yoga online studio after enjoying the Himalaya app almost since it’s inception. I really enjoy the live classes. All the teachers are fantastic and all classes are well thought out and carefully delivered. The variety of classes is extensive.
I have recently been trying out the video recordings which offer the same teachers delivering a wide range of excellent sessions. The recordings and live class playbacks make it possible to find just the right session at a time that perfectly suits me.
Ālaya is excellent value for money and has enabled me to make superb progress.

Alaya Yoga Online studio is a fantastic resource. The teachers are so experienced and warm and friendly. The classes are always excellent and accessible to me afterwards if I get caught out and can't attend live online class. I love that the yoga is authentic and also that there are classes for all levels which is important to someone like me with a disability. I especially enjoy the restorative yoga classes like gentle glow and restore and revive, I love the shorter yoga sessions and meditations as well, 10/10 service, quality, consistency and accessibility. I am delighted that Himalayan yoga developed their online platform during the pandemic. I am joined up with Alaya yoga online studio and my yoga practice is really deepening. I feel great! I love the teachers, the live classes and the playback recordings. It just makes it so accessible to practice on a daily basis. It's really nice for me too that it is a local Cork yoga studio.

Just the best. Love this app which makes Yoga so easily accessible . I have been practicing on line with Himalaya Yoga Valley for over a year and it just keeps getting better . The live playback is a new addition which I am loving especially as I am recovering from a shoulder injury so cannot do the 7:15 classes I normally practice. Instead I use a playback or recorded class more suited to my current need . The app is so easy to use and the teaching is of a very high standard with the best teachers ,

I love this app! It’s totally renewed my yoga practice which I had dropped after a few years of bad health. Really simple to use, nice range of options for different times of day or requirements, and the teachers are really excellent.
