Products good but comm bad

Products seem okay but communicating with company is horrible. Chat on website doesnt seem to work, I have emailed sales with no response. Not sure what to do. Real shame.

So sorry to hear your frustration. The chat unfortunately isn't man 24/7 but we always reply to messages as soon as we are back online. Our store is currently closed at the weekends (so this may delay your email reply until Monday) even though we do try to respond at weekends when it's possible.

Being honest as to the qualities of a…

Being honest as to the qualities of a product by presenting both the strong points and the weak points. This assists the buyer as to deciding to purchase the product or not. A buyer may still purchase the product in light of the weak points, because he knows what he will be confronted with, but may know how to overcome those weak points, and based upon the strong points may still purchase the product because he likes the product so much.
Instructional tutorials are detailed and understandable.
Alakazam understands that magic products may possess flaws coming from the manufacturer, and if a customer should receive a flawed product, Alakazam is more than willing to replace the flawed product.
Alakazam is an excellent business to deal with for quality products and honest transactions.

Again, earlier this month I was greatly assisted by a most helpful, knowledgeable and considerate member of the team. Excellent product advice was made available to me, and thoughtful and considerate arrangements were made to further assist me. As is always the case, every effort was made to assist. Mislaid goods

Due to my goods being mislaid by the Post Office, a replacement was sent with no quibbles. The goods were consequently found and are being returned.
