Your medical advisor "Andy" was superb, couldnt have been better.
Your other people have been rubbish. I wanted a call back and despite asking for that more than once your "receptionists" kept trying to insist i set out a series of long and complicated questions in an email. In any event there were likely to be resulting follow up questions. Despite a promise of a callback on friday afternoon it didn't happen till wednesday morning by when I had run out of my prescription.
I have also had problems with your couriers in the past . i rearranged my working days and waited in the whole day because several days earlier they specified that date for delivery, not only did they not deliver that day but I received no message, explanation or apology. The following day, after I had already departed for work, i received an email from the couriers saying they would deliver a few hours later that day. A piece of information that was useless to me as i was over 100 miles away. I Should add that on that occasion you had already caused me nearly a weeks delay by taking several days to get back to me after the initial order to request further info and then taking time to process that info - again i had run out of medicine by the time the new prescription arrived.
IF it wasn't for Andy I would be going to one of your competitors' in the future

Good afternoon,
I am very sorry to hear you had difficulty getting a call back from the team. That is not the level of service we strive to achieve and certainly not one we want to provide to our customers. I will feed this back to the team and ensure that prompt return calls are made.
Unfortunately we have had several issues with a range of couriers, and it seems to be a wider systemic issue within the field regardless of courier (we've used Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, UPS, DHL and APC) - at some point with each courier, we have unfortunately noted a delay in delivery. We do now state that we offer delivery within 1 to 2 working days to manage expectations that sometimes there can be delays for a variety of reasons, but I do apologise that you experienced an issue with your delivery. I am aware that a member of our Customer Care team has fed this back to the appropriate account manager for the courier.
I am however very pleased to hear you had a positive experience with a member of our team and I will pass this glowing feed back to him - that will certainly be a nice boost for him and I appreciate you pointing our the positive aspect as well as the unfortunate issues you encountered.
Please be reassured that I will be liaising with the wider team to learn from this and ensure the risk of similar issues are minimised.

My Wonder jab.
As I have always been plump and trying every diet under the sun which didn't work my maunjarra jab is the only thing I have seen results from. AJHill Aesthetics have been amazing. They check with me at least 3 times a month about my weight and health. Keep me updated on which day and what time my jabs will be delivered. I would recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for your review and I'm sorry that you were not happy with the service received.
I've had a look into your order and can see that we requested some further information from you and you were unable / unwilling to provide this.
In line with the agreed terms and conditions, due to you cancelling the order after review and the prescription being raised, there was an admin fee to the pharmacy.
These fees are not something we want to add, but as a small family business, it is financially unviable when people cancel orders after the majority of the work has been completed.
This is purely to cover the costs incurred by the prescriber and pharmacy. We do not add our own admin time and costs on top.

They are great really
They are great really. Never had any issues. They charge the going rate. They obviously work hard at getting the postage right and it has to be chilled they do a good job making sure the packages all have cool packs and they are on top of the deliveries. Can't complain at all. Thanks.
