Couldn’t be happier with our experience with AJF Inspections! As a realtor in Massachusetts, I’ve been through plenty of home inspections and knew what to expect, but Khyree truly exceeded my expectations.

We were able to book the inspection the night before, which was incredibly convenient. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, taking the time to really inspect the home and explain his findings. The inspection report and online portal were also very easy to navigate.

As a first-time home buyer, I especially appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism. Khyree was awesome, and I would highly recommend AJF Inspections to anyone looking for a thorough and trustworthy home inspector!

Zach is a fantastic inspector. He listens closely to any concerns, does a very thorough inspection, and explains everything that needs to be addressed with a detailed description of the system and why the item needs to be addressed in order to maintain your largest investment you have!

From the sellers perspective...first let me state, I believe wholeheartedly in home inspections. But this one and this company AJF was way over the top. The inspector Jordon Causey, could not have the experience to call out the items and deficiencies he did.(I'm a 40 year GC and this is/was my personal home it is immaculate) I wont go into all, but as an example, the majors; Roof bubbling, it was just recoated 4 months ago, had to bring out reputable licensed contractor per the buyer, their choice, only to find nothing wrong. Sewer line damage and root intrusion, again had to call in reputable licensed contractor, only to find nothing wrong. 10 year old HVAC, using a heat gun to call out split values, really, same as above. And even the minors... A quarter sized ding in the drywall, a day night light (it was daytime), a self closing garage entrance/man door, it closes as it should. An unbalanced garage door (no opener) out of balance, holds perfectly at 5 feet. A stain in shed floor, I mentioned it was from a spill of weed killer, he called it out as water intrusion, likely mold. And I can go on. And then left half his equipment. This is stressful for both buyers and sellers. AJF, Hire qualified inspectors, not kids who attended a 2 week class. Yes, The buyers bought the home.

Jordan did the inspection on our new construction home, and he did a bang up job. Our Construction Manger, Realtor, and my wife had no problems understanding everything Jordan found wrong and agreed with his assessment. +A job from a great company.

Levi was extremely thorough throughtout the entire home inspection. Since I was purchasing the property from out of state, he took the time to review every detail with me over the phone. He welcomed my many questions and patiently, methodically explained everything, ensuring I fully understood the condition of the home. His professionalism and attention to detail gave me peace of mind in my purchase.

An inspector came out and inspected my home for one year Warranty. The inspector broke two items in the home. I called AJF to get support and was told that the items were not broken by the inspector. Rather they sent me videos of him doing the inspection and assured me the inspector did not break the items, but they were working before inspection and broken after inspection. They do not stand behind their word.

all services were very fast and complete within our timeframe, actually way before our timeframe. Our inspector took the time to go over the entire inspection report over the phone since we are a few states away.

AJF Inspections was able to come right out to do both a sewer and home inspection. Received both reports same day and because I live out of state I was able to have an hour call with the inspector Chaundie to review each item listed on the report. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and he gave me the peace of mind needed after purchasing a home sight unseen in a different state. I highly recommend AJF Inspections and hope you’re lucky enough to work with Chaundie. He’s first class.
Robert arrived on site to do the sewer inspection first and communicated everything to Chaundie as well. I received a thorough report along with videos from Robert and am very happy with the service I received from both inspectors. I highly recommend AJF!

AJF Inspections was easy to work with and provided a great service for me and my new home in AZ. I live remotely in CA and was able to get this all done from CA. The report itself provided detailed images and notes on each area they inspected that I could decide to hit a button to create a repair list for my builder. They also wrote out a complete report for my files that is detailed and professional. I will be using them for all my future inspection needs.
