Excellent customer service! The cage arrived quickly and was easy to put together. Except it took longer than 30 mins! I would recommend this company.

Yes, the package shipped fast. But the cage is not as high quality as they make it seem. The wood isn't sealed, and it would most likely get soiled if you have ferrets. It's also just not great wood. There's paint chipping and splinters all over it. Don't waste your time and money, the extra hundred bucks for a metal ferret cage is worth it.

This is a well constructed, insulated house. Maybe a little smaller than I expected. It I honestly didn’t look at measurements. It was easy to assemble and came quickly. Our dog loves it. We are very happy with this purchase.

It's great for my guinea pig. Just needs to be a little less shaky. Maybe one more binder between each section. Not everyone is using this outside so the anchors don't help me. I like the doors and the higher sides than pens made for guinea pigs. It helps little visitors not be able to reach and grab. I will be ordering this again soon for my other piggy ❤️

The instructions need improvement. The insulation liner is poor quality and insulation pieces were not in the boxes .

This company is hard to reach. You can only email about orders and it takes days for a response.

I have tried to return with no luck. They won’t send a return label. I tried to return it the same day as it was delivered.

Your website told me that I had forgot something in the shopping cart. When examined it was the bunny cage I thought I had ordered. So I ended up reordering. I have sent pictures and emails attempting to get the second order returned. No communication back to me.

Materials are good quality, especially like the cedar wood. Dog house was easy to assemble. I felt the price was fair as I couldn't build a dog house of the same quality with all of the features for the same price.

Perfect rabbit hutch! Has all the compartments you need. Easy to put together but does take a little time. Don’t know how long it will last very happy with purchase! Great price as well and fairly sturdy!

The box was easy to put together. It came with a very STRONG odor. I didn’t like that the tray came underneath and doesn’t attach to anything. The wood is not separated enough to allow droppings to fall through. The wood is hard to clean when messes happen

I bought a wooden chicken coop that is supposed to hold 8-10ish chickens. Though a few pieces arrived with splinters, all pieces were accounted for and no major damage had occurred.

This chicken coop is honestly some of the best. People complain about how it’s cramped and shoddy craftsmanship but I 100% disagree.

Cheap wooden structure or anything of cheap is expected to be less-than-perfect quality which is why you have to make amenities necessary

The coop I bought can definitely NOT hold 10 full grown chickens. However, it is comfortable enough to fit my 7 full grown hens plus an extra space. You should never buy a coop and expect them to live in it full-time. Mine simply sleep in the coop then go outside in a fenced in yard.

Be mindful that you absolutely must put in more work than what the directions call for. The paint on this coop is dusty and poor quality so use exterior paint instead. The screws given do not hold up the coop properly, you must add wood glue to make the coop sturdy. This coop will not stand against predators, you must add your own layered chicken wire on the bottom. It will not stand against a super windy storm, I’m anchoring mine with t-posts and steel cable.

Again, I recommend this product if you have 8 or less full grown chickens and the space to let them free roam. As long as you add other necessary features that total $50-ish, you will be fine.

You should grab one and try putting it together. Not all pieces were labeled. Some pieces were damaged.
The roof does not fit. We tried several different ways. So I'm going to buy a tarp to cover the roof!
Since this is my second one, I'm Not sure I will ever purchase another one.

The cage is neither “easy clean” nor “anti chew”. The gerbils in one week have almost chewed holes through all the wood! I’m terrified they’ll escape any day now. I reached out to customer support and they suggested spraying it with sour apple spray, which hasn’t deterred them at all and wouldn’t be practical long term. I wrote back asking for a refund but no luck so far. The company’s Better Business Bureau rating is an F, by the way.

the material in the bunny hutch was horrible, my bunnies chewed up the hutch in less than 24hrs. The pee tray leaks on the corners.

The cage is amazing

Pros- It was shipped fast. It looks really nice. The tray to catch the mess is somewhat easy to clean. Easily assembled. Moves/rolls easily for cleaning.
Cons- The texture of the tray makes it harder to wipe and get all the residue out. The urine soaks into the wood and holds the smell. The wood is thin so my bunnies are chewing it off. The wood is cheap and doesn’t hold up the best.
All in all it’s not bad for the price. You get what you pay for and works for what we need for the time being while we build an outside enclosure. We will have that for them when we bring them inside.

I ordered the tunnel for cats. It arrived within a reasonable amount of time. I had ordered two of these previously from Amazon. The functionality of the tunnels are great. They are well made where no predators can get in. They are easy to set up and take down with nothing having to be assembled. The multiple doors are a great plus as you can create various designs with the tunnels, connect it to catios, crates, kennels, etc. Overall I am very pleased with these tunnels.
