This app was working really well until…
This app was working really well until September 2024. For no reason at all my bank card stopped tracking any transactions. Although you send in missed transaction this is very clunky and not how the app is supposed to work. Apparently their technical team has been trying to sort this but as of now my bank card cannot now even be added. Such a shame as was really pleased with the cashback but they seem unable to fix this glitch. Really poor service and feel I am now being fobbed off as they can’t find an andwer

As I often use my cards via my phone and not the actual card, I very rarely get credit for the purchases I have made, so it doesn't really give me much benefit

Was great, now not!
This used to be great but now they've suddenly added a £1.30 fee to withdraw £10 of earnings. What's that all about. And worst of all, they didn't announce this so its only when you go to withdraw you find out. Very poor!

Hey, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We hear your frustration, and we're really sorry that the introduction of this fee caught you by surprise.
To clarify, the £1.30 fee and £10 withdrawal cap only apply to users on unsupported mobile networks where a direct bill deduction isn't technically possible. Because we have to process these transactions manually, our third party payment provider charges a processing fee. We appreciate your feedback, and we're continually looking at ways to expand our supported network list to help more users avoid these fees.
Making savings is getting harder.
This is a decent enough way to make savings on your mobile bill but they're making it more complicated every so often. Now you have to use links through the app not just use a registered card. The monthly targets to earn extras can be a bit extreme like 10 stamps to earn £1.50 in 3 month off your bill. Each stamp is a minimum of £5 at one of their retailers but none of the retailers are things you use monthly. Maybe around Christmas or Birthdays you can get close. Also this month they've removed it completely for a possible win from a draw which will only benefit a small fraction of the people using the app. Also I ALWAYS have to chase my Ebay purchases

Wrongfully deduct money, dont correct it as promised and then they ignore you!
Ive used the company for a while with no issues, but when I have encountered an issue Ive been ignored.
Contacted them last week as a load of minus transactions had appeared when they were failed transactions, so no amount had been added, only taken off me meaning my balance was short. Someone replied the next day and said they could see the error and it would be corrected on my account by the end of that day (Friday). It was not, I waited until Sunday and emailed to say it hadn’t been corrected, no reply. Tuesday, emailed again to advise it had still not been corrected on my account, no reply. It’s now Friday again, a week since I was told the issue would be resolved, the company has completely ignored me twice and my balance is still short due to their system error whereby failed transactions are deducted despite never being added.
Rubbish, I’m thinking of just cancelling it, they have my bank linked and purchase information but rewards are slow and even slower when they wrongfully deduct from you, added to the fact I’m being ignored. I’m not providing them with my personal information if they can’t even acknowledge and correct a mistake on their part it’s a rubbish deal for us customers!

Hey, thanks for your review, we are incredibly sorry for the delay in getting your rewards added back to your account.
To explain why those minus transactions appeared, when a payment fails, it automatically tracks in our system as a refund to reverse the initial transaction. This happens because of how the data is processed by the banks. When a payment fails on a bank card, and our platform picks it up as a refunded value. We're working on this to avoid this issue happening in the future.
We understand this issue should not have taken so long to resolve and we apologise for the delay. We can however, confirm your rewards have been re-added to your account and will show when you next log in.

Used to be good and a nice little bonus. However with their new £1.30 fee and £10 max withdrawal for unsupported networks this feels a bit steep (13%). Why is the withdrawl amount capped at £10?? Seems like a nice easy win to try and claim back hard earned cashback. Seems like they chose the wrong company to partner with if they charge that sort of fee!! Airtime is good to have but only secondary to others and frankly now it's barely worth it.

Really poor experience
Used their in-app links as requested to book a BA holiday. Presumably Airtime got a huge commission
Purchase didn't track, reams of evidence submitted by me in multiple formats to prove payment through its link, but staff use every trick in the book to deny legitimate claim.
Really disappointed with customer care. Tried to complain but denied.
Suggest avoid using this company as it has no intention of ever paying out
Edit - sent details even though never given complaint ref number. Next stage is contacting Airtime leadership team

It's good to be able to build rewards, the challenges vary from month to month. Can be laborious to keep on top of flash offers etc.
Some retailers have extremely long pending period, and some have to be reported as missing, making it a very long wait for the reward

Easy quick way to save some spending. It automatically tracks so I don't have to even think about it much. I just have to remember to check into the new month offers at the beginning of the month! I've taken so much off my phone bills. I've had the app a while now and its an app worth having!

It's a great way to get money off your phone bill IF you are patient. Many of the transactions take three months to come your way, and some seem quite tricky to actually work out how you even get the reward.
I am happy as I've saved a few pounds just by buying things that I needed anyway.
I've recommended it to a few friends but they have been a bit sceptical.
What would have made me give it five stars? Quicker turnaround time and grocery offers ( but you can get giftcards)
