If i could give the customer service a minus score I would! For 5 months I've been battling to get my money back for a hairdryer i never received! The emails and communication is absolutely appalling, excuse after excuse waiting for logistics, I gave them all the info they asked for and still nothing! The same sickly sweet email every time! Don't bother with this sham company! I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!

We have only had the hair dryer 8 months and it has given up on us. Paid a fortune and no 12 months guarantee to replace have to pay $50 what a joke. please avoid buying these products they are just money making business.

Read all the negative reviews after I placed the order, yes the delivery tracking set up was rubbish, however, product arrived and I gave it to my wife as one of her Christmas presents.

One month in, she is very happy with the present and if there are no issues in the next 5 months, I would buy her another as she was really unhappy with how Dyson dealt with a product failure. My daughter uses is as well with different attachments and she gives it a 10 out of 10.

Bought a hair drier for my family. They lived it. Then it quit soon after. They sent a second one, also quit. Now they are ignoring me. Junk.....do not buy it!

Je met 3 pour l’instant mais c’est parce que je viens de le recevoir et que je ne l’ai pas encore utilisé! En tout cas j’avais commandé rapidement (le 5 janvier) car j’avais lu qu’il était top etc etc… puis bêtement je me suis dit je vais vérifier le site et je tombe sur des avis hyper négatif comme ça le site est frauduleux etc… dc j’ai entrepris les démarches avec ma banque, bloquer ma carte, monté un dossier que je n’ai pas encore bouclé. Et auj surprise je viens de le recevoir! Je ne veux pas faire de pub ni rien mais en tout cas pour ma part je l’ai bien reçu!

Finger weg von dieser Firma, Der Fön ist sein Geld nicht wert. Annahme der Rücksendung wird verweigert. Es fallen zusätzlich auch noch Zollgebühren an. Klarna als Zahlungsdienstleister lässt einem im Regen stehen. Service am Kunden sieht anders aus.

I wish I could give them negative stars. All the bad experiences are true. They lie about their return policy - it's not 90 day return guarantee for any reason. First they terrorize you saying that you should keep it, it's a great product; then they say to video/pictures of the defects; return to china at your own cost. waste of time, waste of money. I contacted the bank to handle them and reported them to Trading Standards, which I recommend you do too so they can be shut down. ABSOLUTELY BE WARNED TO NOT BUY.

Das Unternehmen Airtecho ist absolut unseriös und ich warne jeden davor, darauf reinzufallen...Ich habe den Haartrockner im November 2023 bestellt und nach 14 Tagen geliefert bekommen, soweit so gut. Der Haartrockner für 199 € hält nicht im Ansatz, was er verspricht, also wollte ich ihn zurücksenden...was sich als extrem schwierig herausgestellt hat. Der Kundendienst ist nur per E-Mail zu erreichen, nach viel hin und her habe ich die Rücksendeadresse erhalten. Ich habe den Artikel auf eigene Kosten nach China gesendet und die Krönung war, dass das Unternehmen in China die Annahme verweigert hat...ich musste jetzt Zollgebühren bezahlen ! Klarna habe ich dbzgl. sehr oft kontaktiert, allerdings keine Hilfe bekommen. Okay, abgehakt. Ich hoffe, durch meine schlechten Erfahrungen, andere Interessierte davon abzuhalten, bei diesem Fake-Shop zu bestellen.

j'ai commandé un sèche cheveux le 12 janvier et je l'ai reçu le 25 janvier.
Le produit est arrivé en bon état la livraison a été un peu longue mais c'est arrivé, malgré une crainte après avoir lu tout les commentaires négatifs, je pensais ne jamais le recevoir, mais finalement je l'ai eu.
À voir la qualité a l'usage mais pour l'instant il à l'air très bien.

Got the hair dryer, would have needed extension lead to reach my mirror! So tried to send it back. They wouldn’t give a return address instead asked me to keep it and they’d offer 5% back then 10% then 15% and after 6 emails and 30% offered back I kept saying no so they gave me the return address in CHINA and I had to pay £31.70 postage then £36 taxes to Chinese customs once it got into China and the so I wasted well over £60 on this awful experience!! I worry they’re running a total scam business with a very cheap plastic noisy hairdryer and charging a huge price. Wish I had read these reviews before I got caught out by them!

This company is in China, there is no mention of that on their website. Very poor and hard to deal with.
When I ordered the product it was based on good reviews by hairdressers.
I then found these reviews after ordering. What a mistake and would recommend no one to buy off them.
I sent the product back to which I had to pay the postage for and now being charged for customs for a Chinese product to get back into their country.
Have placed the purchase in dispute with my credit card company not sure what will come of this but worth a try.
All advertising is very misleading to customers.

Föhn besteld en na het lezen van deze reviews erg geschrokken. Na een uurtje gemaild of ik de bestelling kon cancelen maar deze was zogenaamd al op het schip verzonden. Bij ontvangst van het product dat een heel goedkoop chinese föhn is een retour aangevraagd via de mail en een erg onbeschofte reactie terug ontvangen. Ik krijg geen retouroptie van het bedrijf en ze stellen mij verantwoordelijk voor de hoge retourkosten richting China! Ik heb dit aangegeven bij Klarna en roep iedereen op dit probleem te melden bij klarna zodat er geen samenwerking meer word gedaan tussen klarna en dit oplichtings bedrijf! Koop hier nooit iets!

Site malhonnête, impossible d’annuler une commande, ne respecte pas la loi à ce sujet. A éviter absolument.

After reading good reviews I ordered this back in December believing it was a UK based company, it said it would be delivered within 3 days, it took over 2 weeks to arrive, this is because it was dispatched from China! very misleading.....
As soon as I took it out of the box I could tell straight away it was very poor quality, very flimsy, poorly finished.
I turned it on, it was just Luke warm on the lowest heat, pressing the button just once it was boiling hot! very dangerous and certainly not fit for purpose.
I contacted Aitecho, they wanted me to send a video, i said that it isn't possible to show in a video over heating??
They said i could return but i would have to pay postage and customs costs, ABSOLUTE TOTAL SCAM AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Wish I had seen the reviews on this company! Ordered on the 28th December, tracking number didn’t work (conveniently for them) so contacted them after 2 weeks and they sent me a screenshot of the tracking coming from China! And said it will be with you soon. Then after more time it still has not arrived and Airtecho say it’s been delivered, which it has not been delivered. I asked for the name of who signed for the item but no answer. So now they are telling me to send PROOF that I have talked to the company who were delivering it. Proof from a company that I don’t know the name of and a tracking number that does not work. I reply saying this and I just get the same email back! Bloody scam artists! So if u find great reviews on any site I think that is a fake review site! Disgusting people scamming everyone!!!

Purchased a hairdryer for my wife as an xmas present after seeing it was well recommended on a review website which I now believe to be fake.
The site advertises itself as UK however the dryer is sent from China and took so long to get to me Christmas was over before it arrived.
Once I did receive it I was met with a cheap looking product which has china writing on the handle and is packed poorly.
I should have done more research before I brought this but it was close to Christmas and I thought it looked ok and id give it a try.
The dryer lasted one use and tripped out the houses power after getting red hot and smoking.
After contacting them they now refuse to accept any liability and insist if I want a refund I will have to pay to send it back to china.
Luckily I purchased it on my credit card and have started a claim.
DO not buy one of these!

Direkt nach dem Kauf war ich auf Grund der schlechten Bewertungen hier sehr verunsichert. Mangelhaft ist eindeutig, dass man keinerlei Bestellbestätigung per Mail bekommt. Lediglich auf der Website kann man seine Bestellung einsehen, die Sendungsverfolgung funktioniert dort jedoch nicht. Bei Bestellung am 01.01 wurde ein Lieferdatum zwischen 05. Und 09.01.2024 genannt.
Am 10.01 bekam ich eine Versandbenachrichtigung von DHL und am 12.01 wurde das Paket schließlich zugestellt. Lieferzeit war also völlig in Ordnung, nervös macht einen eher die fehlende Bestellbestätigung und der nicht funktionierende Sendungsverfolgunglink auf der Website).
Das Gerät kam in seiner Originalverpackung und zusätzlich einfoliert, hier gibt es also nichts zu beanstanden. Es funktioniert auch so wie es soll mit verschiedenen Hitze und Gebläsestufen und sieht auch nicht billig verarbeitet aus. Das Produkt kommt definitiv aus China, wie man an der beiliegenden Gebrauchsanweisung erkennt. Allerdings ist diese auch in Englisch vorhanden, also ist das ja kein Problem.
