Complete scam. Backed their crowdfunding campaign on IndieGoGo in 2019. Never received the product to this day.

Contacted their support team countless times and given nonsense responses claiming they were still sending out backer rewards/I was added to their "VIP" list to get it asap, etc.

Meanwhile, they've been selling the products to companies and other customers on marketplaces like Amazon and in physical stores despite not having fulfilled my order and so many others.

Do not buy from AirSelfie!
I ordered an Air NEO a month and a half ago, and I still haven't received it.
I've sent them an email inquiring about my order but never got an answer.
Total scam.

This firm sell small drones. This drones are controlled by a mobil application.
This application is impossible to find on there website. Support page is gone,and they don't answer there email.
DON'T bye this drone - Air Selfie - it is total waste of money

They stole over $1m from investors on Indiegogo and never delivered what, by all accounts, is a terrible product anyway.

First camera didn’t work at all and it was changed at the shop where we bought it, the second camera worked for few minutes and then stopped. The shop is not easy to reach. I asked for support but they never replied.
Please don’t get scammed.

Bought and my unit flew a few times. Contacted them. They suggested sending me new propellers which never came. After claiming they shipped it three times, they said the propellers are out of stock. Then they said they would send me a new unit if they couldn't get the propellers within a month. 5 Months later, nothing. Scam Company

Purchased one that worked about 4 times.
Then, it quit writing to the sd card. Multiple sd cards didn’t correct the issue.
Also went on a rampage flying into my ceiling then at my face.
Contacted them, was told they would replace it. I had to pay to ship it back.
After weeks and weeks, multiple emails, I’ve come to realize I’ve been scammed.
Sad, companies are still selling these.
First time I’ve ever had zero support from a company.
Spend your money somewher else.

I supported this company back in 2020 via crowdfunding to help get their product off the ground, but never received my AirSelfie. I have contacted them numerous times over the almost 4 years and have gotten a few responses such as "we're filling backorders as fast as we can", "we're having slowdowns in production", "you should receive yours in the next 30-45 days", etc, etc. but again, almost 4 years later and this company now won't even respond despite numerous attempts at reaching out, providing my order#, and ticket reference# from prior emails. This company is scamming people, yet their products are currently available for purchase at online retailers such as Adorama, B&H Photo, and Walmart! This is the thanks they give to the people that funded them to get their product to market.

This company never contacted me despite my countless attempts to reach out regarding their crowd sourcing campaign. They never sent me what was promised. Please be cautious with this company; they have failed on every level. Disgusting conduct. They claim on their website that they want to make things right - it’s lip service at best. I don’t want anyone else scammed as I have been.

properly upset with this company,for months ive been trying to get replacement propellers and there is no supplier that sells them,so im now the owner of a drone that cost me £169 i cant use,i feel ive been ripped off,dont buy from this company they need to be reported to trading standards

Ordered in 2019 and paid upfront on Indiegogo and items not received ,been in contact many times but no luck ,worst company on the internet ,and all a con out of pocket $193. Dont buy the are just thieves

Support doesn't reply messages, and they avoid helping.
Don't waste your money on a scam

I see from the reviews that they have pocketed quite a lot of money without delivering any products so far. I'm waiting from may 2019 the delivery of their device.
Recently they ask me more money for an upgrade but clearly I am not that stupid. I only regret putting my trust in this "company"

Not a single reply to my request for info !!! Could this be the worse company in the world ? Probably!

Waiting over 3 years and counting. I recently contacted them and they said they would guarantee a drone in a week if I paid them $75 more for the upgrade. Of all the nerve. “ That is the only offer we have available at this time.” I couldn’t tell you the exact date it’s been so long.

Backed the company via Indiegogo (crowdfunding) in 2019, was supposed to receive the items in August 2019 but it got "delayed". Then the excuses started and after a while, total radio silence. The backers didn't get anything and then we saw that it was being sold in retail. Fast forward to 2022 and still nothing and no word from the company or Indiegogo. Do not buy or support anything, you will get scammed. Avoid Indiegogo as well, they don't take any responsibility just a piece of the earnings.

I have tried and tried and tried to get an answer and I am one of the ones that funded their startup on Indiegogo for $100 and now they are selling full-time and still can not fulfill the initial orders of the ones that got them started. They tell me on IG that they will get back to me shortly and it has been a month. I just want my product or a refund. This was order 3 years ago. What a scam of a company!
