After having looked at there website I rang the company for advice as I was unsure which product to purchase, I found them extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I was very happy with the advice I got, I made my purchase on line which was very easy to do and my product arrived so fast I was amazed at the speed the whole process took from initial browsing the internet to having my purchase arrive at my door & the appliance up & working... absolutely fantastic... I ordered Thursday night & appliance working at lunch time on Saturday, I am very happy with the item I bought and I am delighted to buy from an Irish company it is the icing on the cake for me, overall exceptional happy customer & I will buy from them again & I most certainly will recommend them to other

I wanted an ozone generator for pest control, they seemed like a small company selling exactly what I am looking for. I ordered a machine, and to my utter surprise I received it on the next morning (talk about shipping speed!). The machine was in its original box, neatly packed, and I already started using it. I have yet to check the effectiveness of the machine, but I smelled ozone as soon as I turned it on and was leaving the room.

Delivery took a lot longer than I anticipated and I only got my order after enquiring about it. Came very quickly after enquiring though and the person I was in contact with was very nice.

Received broken item and have been dealing with customer service for over 2 months trying to get my money back....

Very bad customer service, I ordered a Blueair purifier and on website it had purifier and 2 filters for €189, I purchased and was out for delivery but was sent back to company and after many phone calls between dpd and purifiers.ie, they got it sent back and are not honouring the sale, it was an error on their system but are not honouring that. I paid for items so I should receive them but the lady that I rang at air purifier was not nice at all to deal with. Do not recommend this company. I PAID for items so I should receive them. Very bad customer service.
No items, no refund and getting nowhere with customer service.

I was looking for a good HEPA air purifier. I just found one. In comparison to the competitors Air Pure Store is the best in terms of value for money. The purifier is easy to use, lightweight and soothingly calm which was one of my main concerns. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I purchased the foldable UV disinfection wand on Sunday 20.3.22 along with another item a vitamin c ionic shower head. I contacted customer service on Wednesday to inquire about delivery. She was nothing but fantastic and helpful. She contacted me shortly after to tell me they will be on its way. on Friday 25.3.22 the items were delivered. As such company is very good. The shower head is very good, though it is too early to say I have only used it twice over the 2 days. However, the lack of the other 3 stars that the foldable wand is a gimmick. I received it on Friday which did not seem to start properly or light (flickered a little), it did not make it to a day. It actually looks a very poor copy child toy. I actually had to purchase the battery on Friday early evening, for only tried to turn it on about twice. Saturday morning 26.3.22 it totally stopped, button does not turn on. I gave it a few tries changing the batteries (although it shouldn't be an issue), I tried leaving it on charge but nothing whatsoever. I contacted the company immediately on Saturday, leaving 2 written messages (by email and through website) and also by telephone but unfortunately no reply yet. Hopefully they should reply to return it immediately, they seemed very pleasant to deal with when I contacted to enquire regarding delivery. The shower head I would highly recommend so far even though it's quite early to tell. However, the foldable wand I would not recommend- while the item is obviously faulty from manufacturer I still think it is a gimmick in quality which is also a production flaw. I am sorry I had hoped to put a better review, it was the gadget that is very poor in quality. Also it is rather expensive item for what looks a very poor copy imitation toy. Update_ The company immediately refunded and in fact their customer service offered to collect it with another item. Their service exceeds excellent.

I love the product purchased.
The air is monitored, clean and fresh. It helped me so much when I was isolating with covid.
I use it every day to keep the air clean and fresh because I live on a main road and the traffic is so heavy at times. Plus I use oil paints and white spirits so it keeps all the nasty odours to a minimum.
