Booked a return transfer in Brussels, first journey was OK, but no driver appeared for the second journey. When I called the number provided the man said that there was no reservation. I requested a refund for the second part but they ignore me completely.
Vriendelijke chauffeur, tijdig aanwezig op afgesproken plek, prettige rit naar bestemming, alles conform afspraak. Zelfs nog een upgrade gekregen.

We found ourselves in a rather unusual situation because our return flights had been canceled, and we ended up in Brussels-Charleroi. There were no connecting flights from there to Germany. So I found Airport Transfers and got in touch. I received a prompt and very friendly response. The driver was at the airport with a colleague, just as agreed, and were waiting for us. We were greeted very warmly there and taken from Brussels to Hamburg. We felt safe all the 650 km, and it was great that there was water and Wi-Fi in the car. Highly recommended!
